November 6, 200718 yr I never could get windows remote assistance to work consistently i use remote desktop, VNC or logmein.com instead

November 8, 200718 yr Author Hello again,thanks to all of you fo replying me... it's a windows server 2003 domain, im trying to assist XP client, it worked smothely before, but now i don't know where the problem is!!!!!
November 8, 200718 yr Throwing a wild dart in the dark, that sounds like a permission problem. In gpedit.msc make sure no policies are enabled for remote assistance.-gosh
November 9, 200718 yr Author Hello, do u want me to make sure that it's enabled or disabled?!...any way i disabled the remote assistance feature from the GPO then enabled it again, i even made sure that the remote help service is enabled, but i still have the same message, and im the **** administrator of this server, so why is it telling me that "your administrator has disabled bla bla bla"?!!!!!i may re install the server OS again
