SignaL Posted October 26, 2007 Posted October 26, 2007 Helloim trying to offer remote assistance from win 2003 to win XP, while "offer remote assistance" policy is enabled, im the admin, "simple file sharing" is disabled, and the remote assistance is enabled on the XP machine i still get the same result"Access to the requested resource has been disabled by your administrator"What should i do then?!and by the way the remote access to the same machine works fine!
PC_LOAD_LETTER Posted November 6, 2007 Posted November 6, 2007 I never could get windows remote assistance to work consistently i use remote desktop, VNC or logmein.com instead
nitroshift Posted November 6, 2007 Posted November 6, 2007 Another vote for VNC. RDC has never stopped to annoy me
