ronmanp
Hi, I have read some post here but I still have problems with my unattended XP .1. I use HFSLIP for everything (updates, IE7, WMP11, etc..)2. Nlite 3. XPize4. DriverPacksIs it the correct order? PS: I also want to preinstall all the .net frameworks but there is no addon in portuguese. Is there a way to "easily" integrate these? Thanks in advance
mara-
As far as I know it's not recommended to use different integrators on same source. Use only HFSLIP or only nLite.Cheers

AgiHammerklau
There is absolutely no problem, nliting an hfslipped source(ss) !As long as you remember, what to put in the "files to keep" list and don´t use FDV´s fileset.Don´t know about XPIZE, ´cause I´m using W2K.Personally, I don´t like driverpacks. Why don´t you simply integrate the ones you need with nlite ?For the .NET, there is Tomcat76´es Silent.NetMaker :http://www.msfn.org/board/Silent_NET_Maker...707_t90779.htmlAgi Edited October 7, 2007 by AgiHammerklau
nuhi
It is a good order in general. Not that I recommend other tools, it's just if you want it that's the way to sort it.If you find something that breaks nLite like "I integrated IE with hfslip and then nLite breaks while removing System Restore" then do tell and I will be happy to fix. ronmanp
what other tools do you recommend? I use hfslip because Im building a portuguese XP and there is no update pack for this language... XPize is not a priority for me ... thanks for the reply !
nuhi
It's not that I have anything against other tools, it's just I would use nlite for updates and ie7.Then Boooggies WMP11 integrator for WMP. Which is supported through nlite directly so you can just insert WMP installer in nlite hotfix page and it will ask for his integrator. That way it's all done in one go with one preset, easily changeable and upgradeable.
