.NET Framework

I'm trying to keep the size of my DVD down and seeing how there are multiple versions of the .NET Framework (1.0,1.1, 2.0, 3.0) I was wondering if the successive frameworks will handle the things that the previous version handled. For example if I just integrate the 3.0 version, will that handle all of the .NET framework or will I still need the previous versions?

.NET 3 also included .NET 2 so just get 3

Personally i think .NET 1 is abit old now and .NET 2 will probobably be able to run .NET 1 apps

That file you linked to is:

dotnetaio.exe

When I try to include an .exe file like that one with the hotfixes, nLite doesn't like it, and gives a message that it can't use that type of file.

Do you know of some way to slipstream that .NET Framework 2 + 3 file with nLite? I would like to learn how to do it.
