i have a modified Version of windows xp pro without any language or keyboard option ...

just the English qwerty keyboard ...

how can i add an other language and keyboards after or before the installation

Just run nLite with a fresh set of files, load the last_session.ini and untick the items you did not want to delete.

After instalation you can include the languages in the regional setings windows sets the language then AUTO
