I was finally able to get this software installed, but now I am not getting the option to "start a new project from an EasyShare software album." Kodak says I need to have Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0 or higher. I have 1.1. Do I need to uninstall the 1.1 before installing the 2.0?

Kodak also says I need Windows Installer 3.0. How do I tell which version I now have? I have searched and searched and can't find out where to do to find this information.

I just got a new computer with Vista Home Premium on it. I hate it. Can't find anything.

Can someone help me out with this?

Thank you,

Sophy

i thought that vista has net framework 2.0 built in.. anyways you should be able to just install 3.0 without uninstalling previous versions.

Shawn: After I'd guess a dozen attempts to download the file to my dekstop and then install from there with no luck, I just ran the file right from the Kodak site and it downloaded with no problem. I was always told that was a no-no, but I did it out of desperation and it worked. Or at least I think it did. I have opened the software and everything seems to be in order but I have not actually tried to use it yet. I think I've been afraid to. Hopefully all will go well.

Thank you for your reply.
