dll message on shutdown

Everytime I shut down my computer, I get the following DLL message:

"The application failed to initialize because windows is shutting down."

There is no problem with shutdown or restart; however, the message is annoying

Can you help me to get rid of this message. Thanks.

Third party software; firewall, anti-virus, anti-spyware, monitoring software, anything.

Easiest way is to disable all your start-up entries and re-enable one at a time to determine which one is causing the problem.
