Glowy Posted July 21, 2007 Posted July 21, 2007 well .. .tested it.. and it doesn't complain about 933566, but WU did complain about WMP11 and updates for wmp 9.. might be a bad build testing again monday...
Tomcat76 Posted July 21, 2007 Posted July 21, 2007 Could be because of the change in the handling of WMP in test release 70720b. Did you use that version?Test release 70721a should fix that.
Glowy Posted July 23, 2007 Posted July 23, 2007 (edited) yup used the 70720b version, with the 70722a version everything is okay Edited July 23, 2007 by Glowy
ykchanaed Posted July 25, 2007 Posted July 25, 2007 This problem also applies to me!On top of that WU keeps telling 917953 is missing.I used HFSLIP 1.5 to integrate IE7 and WMP11 in CHT version, with much less addons. This did not happened. But when I did the same in ENU version, with all sorts of SFC_OS.DL_, TCPIP.SY_, in FIX folder,933566 and 917953 still appeared in WU.I have tried the text 70222a, it was the same.In fact, I leaved the cat file alone in hfslip.cmd prompt.
Tomcat76 Posted July 25, 2007 Posted July 25, 2007 Can you show me your HFSLIP.LOG file?Have you tried without TCPIP.SY_ in FIX?BTW... That's 70722a; not 70222a.
ykchanaed Posted July 26, 2007 Posted July 26, 2007 when not using tcpip.sy_ in FIX folder, 917953 disappeared in WU,but ie7 935566 still keeps in WU.hfslip.log atttached.HFSLIP_log.7z
Tomcat76 Posted July 26, 2007 Posted July 26, 2007 I think it's either winnt.sif or XPize. Can you try a run without those two?
ykchanaed Posted July 26, 2007 Posted July 26, 2007 (edited) I think it was the XPize, since in CHT version, without XPize but with Winnt.sif ,that did not have problem.I will try now!*****without XPize, 933566 is OKay.thanks Edited July 27, 2007 by ykchanaed
Tomcat76 Posted July 28, 2007 Posted July 28, 2007 I suggest you bring this up in the XPize forum, although I'm not 100% sure XPize is supposed to be compatible with a source that has IE7 slipstreamed into it.
