I want to know how to update all the drivers in Windows 2000 because it doesn't support a lot of things XP does. Some XP drivers that I tested work for 2000.

I found out that ClaimWin Antivirus uses Innosetup. I also heard it has a command like /LOADINF="filename" It also uses commands like /SILENT /VERYSILENT. Is it possible that I could attach update files into the /LOADINF="filename" command like example: in file "filename" copy or update "main.cvd" copy or update "daily.cvd"

Could anyone tweak it to where BitDefender will work on any version of Windows 2000 because I make no money off my server and I have Windows 2000 Adv. Server. Since I make no money I cannot afford to buy the server version of BitDefender. Could anyone tweak BitDefender to work with Windows 2000 Advanced Server.

Could anyone see if /HIDE /DONT_START_APPS /NO_WELCOME works so me and sammy can both get AVG working unattendedly. I got part of it from another post. I also kept rearranging /DONT_START_APPS /NO_WELCOME even tried /F. Can anybody help me with this

I want to integrate the entire folder of "C:\Windows\INF" into my windows 2000 adv. server because when I first install the windows 2000 adv. server operating system the screen looks low quality, drivers need driver files, no new sound cards support, or support for what xp has support for.

Well I have noticed Sygate installs incorrectly because I have noticed it goes slow everytime I click on the Sygate Firewall icon in the start menu. On my test before it was slow at the start. Then when I click on Sygate it starts to go slow, and act up. It won't come up. What I did was integrate SPF.exe. I think I will just use the addon nliteos.com has.

I think it has something to do with Sygate firewall because I didn't use the one on nliteos.com I made my own but I think I will use the nliteos.com one and tell you if it's not slow.

I lost performance. Is there anyway to speed things up. After applying the addons it went real slow so how do I fix this. Should I compress, and cleanup the disk, or just disable certain services.

False alarm. It got validated. I got real scared. It's just the old validation stuff like the quick validation where you download the file and get a code to validate it. The plugin was not much big in size so I dought it could hurt computers for the moment. I hope this never happens for real because I have been hearing stories about genuine people that can't validate. I try to use a old WGA Firefox plugin but was the same size as the new one. I heard I could use /qn on MSI installers. I want to make my own Windows Defender addon. I notice when I make addons for myself I get no errors. So should I do it like this examplesoftware.MSI /qn for nLite Addon Maker.

I reported what they did to me to the BBB. I think they did something illegal because They stole from me. Yeal I think they did because selling to people XP then taking it away from them even if they are using it one one computer, even if they don't activate a lot of times. I think it should be illegal to force WGA and then dupe unsuspecting customers into losing update rights. Maybe that's what pays for free software is to get people to buy XPs every this many years. Guess what everyone Hyipo (me) is another victim of StuPid Micro$$oft ripoffs. What happened is I have a COMPAQ Presario S4020WM and guess what It had a genuine copy. Guess what happened I got a genuine Error from Microsoft. I called them and told them I had a genuine copy on a COMPAQ computer, also that I got a genuine error and they gave me bad information and then hang up. I will not buy another copy cause I already own one. I will not pay twice for the same thing I already owned. Stupid Microsoft. I bet in 30 days they will shut down my COMPAQ. I hate Monopolies. I say we petition against WGA. If I didn't know any better I would think that the reason theres WGA is to keep old copies of XP from being legal and genuine so we have to keep buying copies of Windows XP each 1, 2, or 3 years. I must have did it wrong. Wait a minute did you do Direct Hotfix Integration. Should I do Direct or not Direct Hotfix Intetration for my addons. I did direct hotfix integration when I added the addons.

I'm not talking about hotfixes i'm talking about addons. Acually I suceeded at integrated a hotfix that wouldn't upgrade, placed it in a .cab file and it integrated now Belarc said on the server installed at my test machine (Up To Date) it was up to date so I got a secure Server Operating System. Now the only problem is integrating regular programs, INFs, and Registry Keys. That's why I try to patch it because I got a server project. I will make the most secure server in the world.

What I really want to integrate is secure settings from Local Security Policy. I already integrated all the Microsoft Security Hotfixes, got IE6, Got Outlook Express 6 (from SP5), and all I need is to integrate the Local Security Policy settings, and addons into my Windows 2000 Adv. Server.

Can nLite integrate INF, or REG files? If not then can HFSLIP can? If not then could I rap them up in a switchless installer? Please help me?
