Just checked my win 7 which was made from a previous Vista xml & was all uppercase, my modified win 7 one used for current win 10 is same.

EDIT: I could not get this to work. Using WSIM (10.0.10586.0), first it says NetworkLocation is deprecated and only allowed Home, Work and Other values. I tried Home and Other (Public equivalent, I think) and still got the dialog. The last time, I just ignored it and will see what that did.
Since CEIP did not seem to do anything, what can be used to turn off most/all of the Privacy invading junk?

Using the current 10 build & also prompts for the network nag, also asks to confirm Region setting & Keyboard whilst both is included in my xml. Has anyone else noticed this?

How are you calling your RunOnceEx.cmd? What file does it depend on?

Hello guys been a while though I'm still using this program now 5.35, though on W7x64 any way to silently install UA to get around the nag screen on the LLC drivers?

Have been using a cmd line flash tool prog. built with python 1 packaged into an exe.
Don't possess any program skills myself but wondering if is possible to migrate it to
autoit as a gui?

Very easy to change a previous working xml from Win 7 or W8.1.
Any deprecated settings can easily be identified using the WSIM. I have posted many working xml's in the unattended sections previously.

Running win 7 x64 & MS say it is ok to use Win 7 as a host to use Win 10.
I cleaned up my rig today & ran sfc /scannow command & voila immediately had the latest WSIM working flawlessly.
There are many previous settings deprecated now in Win 10.
Have made great progress & will do more vigorous testing.

testing with computer name.

Are you trying to use the ISO from the Media Creation Tool?
Yes, though I manually ran setup with no problems.
With a minimal xml it will go straight through to desktop no problem.

Did you try having WSIM validate against your install.wim? Maybe a setting has changed.
Hi Trip
Having difficulties validating with my wim image. As WSIM refuses to open any of my wim's. Can open my xml's for basic checking though errors when trying to associate with them.

Always put mine in the root. Few have said put it in sources, but have no trouble setup finding it the root.

Update
Have reworked my xml appears previous "specialize pass" settings not operating with W10!
If I remove those passes it works.Any recommendations are appreciated.

Beginning to think you cannot use a host W7x64 in making or using a Win 10 image!
in the meantime can anyone offer a working W10 answer file I can test in my image? Please remove any sensitive info.

With the autologon in SP have used same since Vista & never really caused any issues to speak of?

Hello guys testing Win 10 UA have modified my 8.1 answer file for 10 though hangs on the very end of install. The wim is a single index 1. Pro edition.
See xml attached there maybe something glaring obvious?

@ Nameless Mofo Both these updates refuse to integrate kb2830477 & kb2993651 even calling or installing them from setupcomplete.cmd is problematic!! How are you doing this?

If you love XP just use it in a VM like Virtual Box. I do this to run old programs frequently.
