i have installed Via IDE accelarator on 2 PC, 1 - 4 years old 2 - 3 years old with via chipsets, not with your drivers pack, but with setup.exe and install failled. The new drivers are not compatible with all via chipsets.

i confirm new via IDE accelerator drivers are bad with older VIA chipsets. with my MSI motherboard and Athon 700, the install failled after the second reboot.
