  1. NEW CHANGES>>> Fixed forced installs bug, they now work. Added in predefined categories. Made the tooltips work for the User Manual button. (Thanx Blinkdt!) Cleaned up the defaut theme .htm file some (Actually a LOT). WPI now has the much requested category selection feature! (Thanx Blinkdt!) More of a facelift. Fixed a bug that was causing custom backgrounds not to be displayed. (Thanx Almulder!) Edits in the options wizard. Fixed UNC paths. (Thanx athomsen!) Integrated Audio player. (Thanx Almulder!)
  2. Place your clean up script calling in wpi.cmd AFTER the line that calls WPI.hta and it will ron after wpi is done installing programs.
  3. From now on WPI will ALWAYS be set to look for wpi.ico if that is not good enogh for you and you can't be bothered to have wpi.ico at the root of your CD than you will have to edit the necessary files yourself.
  4. Alot of people have had this kind of issue and the nearest thing I can tell you is to place your wpi.cmd in your %oem% folders and then call it from there its what we do because winnt.sif seems not to recognize the %cdrom% variable.
  5. I install my themes using a winrar sfx file in the svcpack.ini (that runs at the t-13 mark) and it recognizes variables so at that time system variables are set, so yes yours would work fine.
  6. for me it wouldn't work untill I tried it while WMP10 was running. But I have used this method since it first came out and I like the media player toolbar so I have never noticed a problem
  7. Is there any effect with programing entries for normal use (through the config wizard)? I am trying to figure out if the changes above will affect the great majority of users that use WPI in non-network situations. Those lines may have been put it there by one of the last developers but I have no clue what their original purpoose was. As long as everything else works okay the changes will be reflected in the next version.
  8. 1280x800 is not actually supported so some descrepancies are to be expected.
  9. Will do some testing and thanx maybe you found a solution for everyone.
  10. Extra fields or as already called multiple configurations are already being worked on...
  11. if you need more than 6 commands go write a batch file and then call that through wpi.
  12. 6 command sections aren't enough for you??
  13. This is the change log so far. Fixed forced installs bug, they now work. Added in predefined categories. Made the tooltips work for the User Manual button. (Thanx Blinkdt!) Cleaned up the defaut theme .htm file some. WPI now has the much requested category selection feature! (Thanx Blinkdt!) More of a facelift. Fixed a bug that was causing custom backgrounds not to be displayed. (Thanx Almulder!) Edits in the options wizard. Are their any wishes???
  14. I have an old win98 box I could fire up to. Please be patient I am sure others will jump on the bandwagon.
  15. REM Determine the WPI startup path. REM if wpi should run off the cd the replace %~dp0 with %cdrom%. set wpipath=%~dp0 Also what cd identifier do you use win51 or wpi.ico if win51 did you edit generate.js to match this??
  16. it has been included with WPI since verion 3.6 m8 go get a new version of WPI.
  17. I thought it worked good as it was.
  18. Blinkdt has been beating his head on the wall for days trying to do this but I have seen proof that category check boxes are possible! PROOF: (Note don't ask for it yet still testing and ironing out the wrinkles.)
  19. good point I am just playin around with ideas
  20. Use THIS tool to modify your winntbbu from now on it will do all that technical crap for you.
  21. did you forget to modifype???
  22. I don't know how to make a "glossy" effect. I would like it if the buttons were truer colors ie. actual red, green, blue and glossy. It is the unicorn font.
