When I go to task manager I see like 5 svchost.exe is there suppose to be this many? I know they are for different things but couldn't it just be 1 svchost?

Using the Windows that came on the computer.

Used dial a fix to fix windows update and got this: What am I missing in system32? mssip32.dll and sccbase.dll are already in the system32 folder I looked. I downloaded new files of the same and replaced and still did the same error. Also where do you go to delete the windows update files to redownload them I can try that again. EDIT: I got it to install but how do I fix that dial a fix error? I still get it.

i fixed it, the proxy settings never change back after you close it. guess its a bug. i had to delete the proxy entered

I installed it and it makes me come up in a different IP everytime even when its not running. I unintsalled it and uninstalled firefox and tried system restore and it still changes my homepage to google.com.sa and has a different IP HELP.

When I plug the wireless router in the FTP server dont work. I port forward it with the new ip when its plugged in which is 192.168.5.2 on the wireless. And when I check the other router the computer name its forwarded to says aaron (my name) even after i re apply them. Whats wrong?

When I switched the theme to Windows default there was still no checkbox and autoplay still came up. With my 256MB usb just the folder pops up. That's ok. The 1GB pops up some U3 folder thing and the autoplay. Both of which the driver for the U3 and the driver for the 1GB usb I set to off in the properties. EDIT: The U3 driver has an autorun file, but I cannot delete it to see if it will stop the U3 from popping up.
