Did you check Unattended with nLite? Are you doing it exactly as the video? It was reported not long ago that user names with less with 4 characters has problems with administrator privileges (although it's working fine for me with 3 characters).

Yes Just install nLite and give it a try. You can download and integrate every program you want, just look in the nLite Application Add-ons forum. If you make everything right you will get an unattended CD with all hotfixes, drivers, programs etc. you want.

I'm not sure but if you left it without specifying the language group you will get a popup asking for it during Windows installation - so no unattended anymore. Just try with Baltic and see the result in VMware, it will take 15 mins.

OK, that's quite strange. Try this: 1. Do everything with nLite (integrate hotfixes but not addons) and don't create a bootable ISO. 2. Then start nLite again and this time add just addons and create a bootable ISO. This should works 100%
