  1. Sorry , but for me is not working. The main windows is present but when I click begin install , nothing happens and the usual install window is gone. I use the old config.js from 5.5. I'm missing something? any help apreciated regards alex

  3. Same problem here with nvidia NF3 . Solved "some way" : First boot in safe mode then everithing's ok. Maybe with this hint, somebody can find a better solution. alex
  4. I have an unattended Xp sp3 cd made by another person (amit) but it's striped down. I want to reinsert the original MS modem drivers, but I don't know how. Please give some ideas on how to reinsert these drivers without to reconstruct the whole cd. It is possible? any help apreciated. THX. regards alex
  5. Hi, Same prob here and I have make a dual boot cd : 1. Boot into 7tools Partition manager 2. Boot into WinXP cd 3. boot from HDD, wich is default and with 5 sec timeout works fine regards alex
  6. Hi!, I was using WinIso , but it has some limitations : sometime gives me errors when I use "Save as" and has serios limitation concerning LFN (MS manifests etc..) Now I use CdImage that have a very nice GUI (I hate command line) and UltraIso. regards alex

  11. OK , webmedic I'll try the code. To be more specific : I want to make a FRESH install of WinXP on the desired partition and to format the partition before installing. Like the normal WinXP CD do. (Note: The partition allready contains a winXP, but I like a new fresh installation with reformat) THX regards alex

  13. @venim I posted the same question some day's ago. I still have the same problem. I think is a little bit complicated. I read in ref.chm that it must be created a winboom.ini file, but until now I have no experience for doing that. I read that this can be done by deleting the partition for windows (C:) , recreate the partition and then the installer ask how to format the new partition. I don't try this, but today I'll try and post the results. regards alex

  15. I have a nvidia card and I use this code to install the drivers and all is OK and the install make no reboot for me. I have same problem like muiz , but after adding /noreboot everything's fine. ECHO.   16. I think is a matter of encription of the registration code: "Registration"="**********************************" I find that using the same user and registration code the line looks diferent on diferent PC. Also on the same PC looks diferent if a fresh install of winXP is done. alex
  17. @webmedic I don't need the IDE_RAID drivers , I only have an IDE ata133 HDD. Can I use your scripts also in this case or do I need to modify the scripts and/or delete the drivers for this kind of hardware. THX alex

  21. @MadMan03 When you start a VirtualPC under the CD menu choose capture image and browse to the desired .iso file , then make a restart of the Virtual PC. In case the .Iso file is a bootable one the VPC boot from the file. regards alex
  22. Hi all, I have finished my unattended XP CD. I have only one problem: My Skystar2 driver refuse to install. I pointed in Unattended section with following: OemPnPDriversPath="\Drivers\b2c2\skynet.inf" , but this driver refuse to sign in. Can somebody tell me what's wrong ? any ideea? . THX regards alex

  24. THX to all. @ Igor If I understand well, I must create a 1G FAT32 partition and create there a fixed pagefile of 400M . Here I have one question : where to put the 1G partition ? I have c: 10G, d: 20G, e: 20G, f: 10G , all NTFS . Right after C: or after D: ? I think after d: is better because is in the middle of NTFS phisical drive. But you may have a better experience , so please tell me the right choice. THX regards alex
