Well, she said I need to have a password to have access. She works for AAFES on Human Resources, thats why she has one ...
The site is www.bti.com ... Althought is being redirected for a thelefone company or something ... The link problably changed because she got a mail saying that her password was no longer valid and a new one would be given. So their problably changing stuff around there ...!

Most of the PSP that were released had a Dead Pixel ... Mine didnt had that problem, but it had ALLOT of dust under the screen.
I just went to the store and exchanged for a perfectly new one
No problems on this one
