  1. Ok, thanks Mimo and Parseus ! Indeed second method is fine but each month we'll had to unpack/repack shdocvw.dl_ Does hfslipfc unpack and check filever from i386\Replace\hfslipfc\shdocvw.dl_ ? In this case method 2 would be perfect, just an idea... not a request ^^
  2. Thanks Mimo ! Your list (table 2) has this link "The advisory KB957579 can replace" this page got only "enu" KB version, that's why i though there were only an "enu" (langage independant) executable, my mistake :/ Thanks ! Once again: my fault ! Information is on your website in Table 4 :/ Just for clarifying, if i put both in /HF: - WindowsXP-KB982381-x86-XXX.exe AND - IE8-WindowsXP-KB982381-x86-XXX.exe Should I still have to extract/makecab shdocvw.dl_ (from XP-KB982381-xxx) and put it in I386/Replace, or not ? Keep us the good works Mimo
  3. Glad this "trick" helps you It should works, at least I hope If you find a bug don't hesitate to post here !
  4. Hi Mimo ! There's some bug with XP SP3 French and hfslipfc Missing HF\WindowsXP-KB957579-x86-FRA.exe >> do not exist on MS Server! We must use this instead: HF\windowsxp-kb957579-x86-enu.exe See below: Missing HF\WindowsXP-KB982381-x86-FRA.exe >> IS already put in HF\IE8-WindowsXP-KB982381-x86-FRA.exe See below: Thanks ! ps: you script is very useful, very good works Mimo !
  5. Disable your antivirus, and try again please, there's maybe a bug between 7z and your Antivirus ? Note: Asc is a 32 bits software but it should works fine with a Windows 64 bits. @all: New build up: 1.2.0.2 ! There is some major change in this build ! Now Asc no more detect your langage automatically !!! You had to choose yourself, your Asc langage prefered for using Asc, but now can choose wich Avira Antivir to build ! So now you can use for example: Asc in English, and build a Japanese build (or Asc in French and build a german antivir, and so on...) I add a Faq (Menu "?" > "Faq") with screencap' for a better explanation. I think this is more usefull like this
  6. Thanks a lot for your translation ! I have already integrated your Turkish translation into the next build. I'm working on a new feature (in Asc) allowing to choose a different Gui language than Antivir setup to create ! Exemple: Asc Gui in Turkish, and you choose Avira setup langage of your choice to build with Asc: English, french, german, spanish, italian, russian, japanese, ptbr... Asc works only with official Antivir Personal setup and integrate latest update viral def files into the official setup. So i'm sorry, but we can't translate Antivir ourself to another langage: only Avira can make a new Antivir setup langage ! (if Antivir is not available in turkish now, you can't translate Antivir in turkish yourself) But as i said before with the next build of Asc (i'm still working on it: it's a major change in Asc sourcecode) you'll get Asc in turkish, and you will get the possibility to create an Antivir setup in English, German (or any other official Antivir langage).
  7. Thanks for your comment ! Thanks Rainforest, new build up with your updated translation @all: there's now new feature, only Italian language has been updated in build 1.2.0.1
  8. New build v1.2.0.0, see first post for the changelog and download link ! (add updated files: build.dat & wksstats.dll to Asc) Enjoy it
  9. Sorry for replying in late, i've test latest hfslip build (beta J +mimo hfslipfc) yesterday, and it's working fine with XP French SP3 Pro (not vlk), installation went fine. Thanks for the fix
  10. New Beta doesn't pass "What driver compression level do you want?" Script close itself after choosing "a,b,c,d,e,f" (same if I hit "Enter" using default "a" choice). I haven't add files, or changed anything till my previous use with beta H, I never had problem before. OS running: XP Pro French (32 bits) with SP3 (update) OS target & source to build with hfslip: XP Pro French 32bits Maybe a bug with latest beta ? ps: i haven't see logfile in hfslip dir...
  11. Thanks a lot HiltiHome for your German translation @all: New build 1.1.5.4 is upload (see 1st post), including the german translation of course @EveresT: instead of using a VM you can simply manually download Antivir 10 english build and renaming it with pt-br avira naming convention from Avira website, eg: Tips: Next time, if you want to rebuild another english build with your windows in pt-br language, do this(before using ASC) - download Avira PE10 in english from avira website and put the file in Asc dir - rename this file: avira_antivir_personal_en.exe to avira_antivir_personal_ptbr.exe And then execute Asc. This will produce an Antivir10 (english) when executing Asc with your portuguese Windows. This little tips works with all language. ps: of course working with VM will works too, but my method is easier and quicker, isnt'it ?
  12. See here: http://www.free-av.c...oad_servers.php Antivir Personal 10 is ONLY available for English and German. All others langage is available with Antivir 9 version, not 10. So this is a normal behavior from Asc (not a bug). Pt-Br langage is only available actually with Antivir 9. Maybe this summer Avira will release others translated Antivir 10 version, wait and see...
  13. Thanks for your offer ^^ How to do it ? >> It's easy Actually all translated langage are locate in the same file, in Asc subdir you'll find: "Files\Lang.ini" Spanish section has been already add in "lang.ini" (in english) so you just have to translate the [spanish] section in english to spanish, nothing else. When you're done with it, simply put into your translation on this topic in a "quote". Then i'll add you're translation in the next build. Cheers, Cyberyey Edit: so no need to use pm
  14. Thanks for the feedback, but i don't speak russian, could any russian members, translate (in english) this error please ? Edit: That's ok I found the bug, I was using a wrong flag with autoit function "FileOpen" (in sourcecode). New build up 1.5.5.2, it should works fine with Russian and Japanese (I hope). I could do it but... I won't do it ! This is a violation of Avira PE license.
  15. New build: 1.1.5.1 I haven't test in Win7 this new build. I've update 7z lib to newest (9.12 beta) and add a check on userlevel account: if Asc is launch on a normal user account a warning appears in a messagebox. I've also add into autoit wrapper: "#AutoIt3Wrapper_Res_requestedExecutionLevel=requireAdministrator", I hope this a help a bit for Win7 users. (there's maybe a bug with autoit and Win7 with "requireadmin" so I cannot use this actually) + a few minor codesource change... I hope this build will works better on Win7. So don't hesitate to tell me if.... this works now Regards, Cyberyeye
  16. With UAC enabled I supposed ? Asc don't manage UAC actually. I'll try to add support to UAC in Asc (for the next build), hope i'll find a solution to do it (i'm still using xp on my computer). Could anyone test 1.1.5 beta build on Win7 without Uac ? Asc should works without Uac on Win7. Thanks for the feedback, Crunch81 !
  17. I'm working on it (slowly actually i'm busy "irl") Avira has changed a lot of files/dir in their new setup (/basic don't exist anymore for example...) so I'got many test to do before releasing a new version fully fonctionnal. A weeks or two, maybe sooner... who knows ^^ Edit: see first post for testing Asc 1.1.5 (beta); add support for Avira 10 PE but only for English and German build (@ all: I need feedback on this two language please)
  18. Thanks a lot SunLion Of course I have add your Pt-Br translation in 1.1.4 build. Cyberyeye
  19. ASC new build is up: 1.1.3 Changelog: - added: checkbox for creating start menu folder and desktop icon; translation are removed completly from codesource & all translation have been moved in Lang.ini (unicode text file) - added: Avira PT-BR Avira setup in Asc (english Gui); Russian codelang updated ( added: Azeri, Bulgarian, Ukranian...) And i'm still looking for translation: German, Spanish, Japanese and Portuguese. Hope this new build will works fine with Russian
  20. Indeed I've remove start menu and desktop shortcut, this a feature of Asc: not an bug. In the next build i'll add and an option to keep or remove them. Sorry to all I forgot to mention this on the first topic If you don't want to wait the next build, see in subdir "Files\setup.inf": Red settings for removing sm & desktop shortcut: Asc default settings replace in setup.inf: Green settings for adding sm & desktop shortcut: Avira PE default settings then you'll get start menu and desktop shortcut. Edit: Till 1.1.3 build this "tips" has been add.
  21. This is strange I've just test Asc with russian codelang (409) and it works fine (xp sp3 french) - Downloading : avira_antivir_personal_ru.exe >> ok - Downloading: vdf_fusebundle.zip >> ok - Unpacking of: avira_antivir_personal_ru.exe >> ok - Unpacking of: vdf_fusebundle.zip >> ok - Compressing all new file: Antivir9.7z >> ok - Creation of final exe: Avira.exe >> ok I've installed Avira.exe (in russian made with Asc) to be sure: OK (and deinstall went fine too) Sometimes Avira download server is heavily overload, maybe you tried Asc while their server were overload and then Asc couldn't download "avira_antivir_personal_ru.exe" or "vdf_fusebundle.zip" ? What is the codelang used with your Russian Windows XP ? Asc use "0419" for russian language detection maybe you are using another codelang Ukrain, Serbian for eg ? You can verify you codelang in registry here: [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Keyboard Layout\Preload] you should see: "1"="00000419" Tell me if you got 0419 in this reg key, or something else ?
  22. @ Web-Flyer and rainforest: I've made a new build 1.1.2 with you're fine translation Note: - I haven't test a full install of Russian Avira.exe, generate with Asc. Any msfn russian member, could test Asc 1.1.2, and gave me a tiny feddback on this new build ? - Spanish, German, Japanese Gui, still need a translation
  23. thanks i'll add you're italian translation in the next build @all: for translating Asc in german, spanish... 1. See Lang.ini and translate the string in YourLang data 2. There's another part to translate in sourcecode: here in red Post your translation in this topic please !Thanks
  24. This happened when you are using an old definition viral update from v8 on v9, see here or below:Antivir Personal v9: http://dl.antivir.de/package/fusebundle/wi..._fusebundle.zip Antivir Personal v8: http://dl.antivir.de/down/vdf/ivdf_fusebundle_nt_en.zip Antivir Personal v9 latest core update & viral update file definition are already included (download & integrate) with ASC when you build a fresh build "Avira.exe", this will hopefully not happend with Asc. Cyberyeye
  25. Thanks again Rainforest I have include your translation into the new build v1.1.1 (and used the good date format) I also create a new topic dedicated to ASC it's easier for me to update it on 1st page the new build, changelog, etc... ASC topic So all new post about Asc should be write there, thanks ! Regards, cyberyeye
