  1. Let's just wait until we see the first author tool that removes or stips ads from Windows 11. Then we'll see how Microsoft reacts to the Community... Dozens of new AI tools to help them rewrite Windows from scratch and make it a lot better, yet they're wasting resources to make it even worse.
  2. It amazes me how many people is still running Windows 7 on their computers. No doubt about why they're planning to impose subscription model on Windows 10+...
  3. I got compressed under 4 MB by means of UPX and seems to run fine. But I agree, it may not be as suitable as the rest of the tools... Thx!
  4. mmm... Should you add the Offline Update MiniTool to the PE_Tools launcher? Some end users may find it really useful.
  5. It's really sad, I learnt so much all these years thanks to Bootland/Reboot.pro. I hope it gets fixed somehow.
  6. Could you clarify a bit more, please? I'm always using latest releases of the software whenever I can. By the way, I'm currently following a variation from my og method: On WinNTSetup, specifying a temporal media for the Boot Drive, instead the one from the local disk or inside the same VHD. Boot the 1st & 2nd time from that media (iex USB stick) just for the specialize and generalize passes. Swap the drive with the one with Ventoy installed on it (which loads the VHD). The reasons for using Ventoy is that allows me booting different image formats easily, and supports virtual disks. There are some more requirements for my specific case, but I prefer not to discuss them all in this thread...
  7. Where did you set the boot drive to? This happens to me when I make the VHD but I forgot or deleted it's internal ESP partition later, before clicking at WnNTSetup's final button to start the process....
  8. Hi! Nice to meet you all. My name's Carlos, I'm a former sysadmin and huge fan of IT and all tricks & hacks related to how Operating Systems work internally. Sometimes I like to write guides and tutorials for beginners, which also serves me to improve my skills. Big Thanks to @Tripredacus for helping me accessing to these forums!
