Update I tested LTSC 2019,though updates can be detected,they cannot be downloaded and installed. The error in Windows 11 stills,even though I corrected my way to register wuweb.dll.

The Chinese version has some grammar and word error. "Windows Update v4.0 返回网络" is not a normal understandable chinese sentence. Maybe it should be "Windows Update v4.0 恢复运作" ？ The "Windows 站点 Update v4.0" is also abnormal.It should be "Windows Update v4.0 站点". "不提供支持驱动程序" might be "暂不提供驱动程序".
