    I'm getting slow downloads using Windows XP Home: New Moon, Basilisk. When i try to download any file it takes ages like capped at 300 kbps, anyone knows what is the problem? When testing download speed at www.fast.com and speedtest they show correct speed. when I boot in the Windows 7 I get full speed. I have fast connection.

    I was getting Defender security updates till last month, now there is no more updates, I always see the status "Computer is updated" in the control panel.
