Another WORKER TEST! Web Push Notifications Demo: https://webpushdemo.azurewebsites.net/
Without extension, "Initiate push" button is here, and after click on it, has blue frame... and nothing happens here... maybe because I don't enabled in chrome://flags experimental-web-platform-features
With extension enabled, this button is called: "Initiating..." - and nothing happens. So my Reject Service Worker extension works!
Another test (which don't work here): HTML5 worker test: https://nolanlawson.github.io/html5workertest/
Read this article: Using Service Workers: https://reference.codeproject.com/dom/service_worker_api/using_service_workers
Read: Disable Service Worker: https://www.bugbugnow.net/2022/01/disable-service-worker.html
"Disable ServiceWorker in browser settings.
Chrome (cannot be disabled)
We have not found a way to disable ServiceWorker in Chrome. If you want to disable ServiceWorker in Chrome, it is best to use the above user script or extension."
Voilà.

In DCBrowser, MiniBrowser, 360Chrome:
Is it really blocked or not by the extension? I begin to have doubts, passing the other HTML5 workers test: https://www.w3schools.com/HTML/html5_webworkers.asp - or better: https://www.w3schools.com/HTML/tryit.asp?filename=tryhtml5_webworker
- this number counter is still shown, with extension enabled... Why?
But my first test, from the first post on this page: https://simple-push-demo.vercel.app/ - says that
"Unable to Register SW
Sorry this demo requires a service worker to work and it failed to install - sorry
" - so says that service worker is not here... thanks to my extension.
So web worker is here or not ?... Which test is the most effective?
-and what are these "Service worker demo" image examples: https://mdn.github.io/dom-examples/service-worker/simple-service-worker/
EDIT:
In uBlock, after add this to the "My filters" tab:
||$csp=worker-src 'none'
*$csp=worker-src 'none'
##$csp=worker-src 'none'
- none of these works. Worker is here....

Faster than instant!
New version of instant.page 5.0: https://instant.page/v5
"instant.page 5.0 — Make your site’s pages faster than any other site on the planet, faster than instant, in 1 minute.
instant.page uses just-in-time preloading to make your site’s pages instant, by preloading shortly after the user hovers their mouse over a link on desktop, or starts touching their display on mobile.
instant.page 5.0 now makes your site’s pages faster than instant on desktop.
instant.page doesn’t wait for the user to click anymore, it triggers the page load when the user starts pressing their mouse.
This makes your site’s pages the fastest in the world, faster than anything else you’ve ever seen. And it improves your conversion rate nicely.
To make your site’s pages the fastest in the world, it just takes one minute..."
And using it on the MSFN web site, is this possible??...
"It will support all chromium-based browsers like chrome, Microsoft edge, Brave and Firefox, etc. It won't break your site on unsupported browsers like safari, internet explorer.
It is completely secure and it is hosted serverless with Cloudflare workers. " - from here: https://www.techyleaf.in/2021/05/load-pages-instantly-with-Instant.Page.html

Roy has definitely made a tremendous effort over the years with his browser forks. I am always excited to try a new release, even if there's the occasional bug...the fact that there are still browsers being maintained and updated for XP users is amazing, doubly so that it's on such a frequent basis. I feel like the XP to 7 to 10 transition, over time, can be accomplished and I feel very comfortable about it now. For now, I'm happy that I'm still able to use this legendary, venerable OS as my 'daily driver'. MS's finest hour for sure!
How beautifully this thought is captured! I probably would not be able to express my thoughts in such a way. .... Thank you!

And why use an extension when the Developer Tools has a page load indicator?
If my website has 0.50 s load in my extension, Developer Tools says: Load: 481 ms. That's the difference.
With Developer Tools window visible, my website loads very poor... 0.50 s rather than 0.11 s without Developer Tools window, that's why the extension I use is TOP, very handy and truthful in measures..

The mysterious material that appeared after a lightning strike and shocks science: "We have never seen anything like this".
It is a mineral that had only been detected in meteorites and in space, but never on Earth. It appeared in Florida, United States.

Updated at 18/04/2023 15:22"We never saw this material naturally on Earth." Thus, extremely puzzled, geoscientist Matthew Pasek, from the University of South Florida, tries to describe a strange object he is analyzing.
And the strangest thing is how it was formed, since it was found for the first time in solid form on our planet on a rock that was near a tree that was struck by lightning.
What is the strange material that appeared after a lightning strike.
"We have never seen this material naturally on Earth. You can find similar minerals in meteorites and in space, but we've never seen exactly this material anywhere. It's unheard of," the expert commented in a University publication.Scientists discovered a characteristic mineral from space never seen before on Earth. Photo: Communications Earth & Environment

This fulgurite - a tube-like metamorphic rock formed after atmospheric lightning strikes - contains phosphorus. Moreover, according to a study published in Communications Earth & Environment, it can be classified as transitional between space minerals and those found on our planet.
In the research, Pasek examines how high-energy events, such as lightning, can cause unique chemical reactions and, in this case, result in a new material.
"High-energy events, such as a lightning strike, are capable of triggering unique chemical reactions. For example, when lightning strikes a tree, electrical discharges pass through the surrounding rocks, soil and sand. As a result, fulgurites or fossilized lightning, pieces of sintered siliceous rocks, are formed, the scientist clarified in the study.
How was this rare object discovered?
The element was found in New Port Richey, Florida, USA. It was the neighbors themselves who discovered the fulgurite near a tree that had been struck by lightning and sold it.It was then that Pasek bought it and began a collaboration with Luca Bindi, professor of mineralogy and crystallography at the University of Florence, Italy.

Analysis revealed that the fulgurite contained "colorful crystalline matter," something the researchers had never seen before."When lightning strikes a tree, the ground usually explodes and the surrounding grass dies, forming a scar and sending an electrical discharge through the nearby rock, soil and sand, forming fulgurites, also known as 'fossilized lightning,'" Pasek explained.
According to the experts, according to RT, it is likely that this material forms only under certain conditions and that, after prolonged heating, it becomes a common mineral in meteorites.
The team began investigating unusual minerals containing the element phosphorus, especially those formed by lightning, to better understand high-energy phenomena.
In this sense, Pasek emphasized that: "It is important to understand how much energy lightning has because then we will be able to know how much damage it can cause", the expert remarked.
And he added: "Florida is the lightning capital of the world and safety is important: if lightning is strong enough to melt rocks, it can certainly melt people as well".
In humid environments, as in Florida, the scientist assures that iron accumulates and becomes embedded in tree roots.
In this particular case, the lightning not only burned the iron in the tree's roots, but also burned the carbon found in the tree. The two elements gave rise to a chemical reaction that created a special fulgurite. And inside it was colorful, crystalline matter never seen before.Currently, the research team continues to analyze the substance to determine if it can be officially declared a mineral.

The gigantic unidentified object in the Mojave Desert.

Updated at 18/04/2023 10:24In the middle of the Mojave Desert National Preserve, about how many kilometers from the ghost town of Crucero (in California, USA), an enigmatic rusted metal structure in the shape of a megaphone is found, which remains embedded on two rocks, RT reports.
The object is composed of two cone-shaped metal pieces, is 2.4 meters long and has a kind of cross inside. Doubts about how it got to the desert, how it was placed there and what it is used for are now growing by the minute.
Of course many already speak of extraterrestrial origin, others that it is an X that marks the location of a great treasure and the less fanciful speak of a kind of siren or warning system.
Many already speak of extraterrestrial origin, others that it is an X that marks the location of a great treasure (The Greater Southwestern Exploration Company).
Many already speak of extraterrestrial origin, others that it is an X marking the location of a great treasure (The Greater Southwestern Exploration Company).
Because it has cross-shaped metal strips inside it, others believe it is a sight or an observation device of some kind. Still others claim it is a tool pinpointing the location of a California cave system that stretches for hundreds of miles. The truth is that it is in a place surrounded by miles and miles of nothing. No roads, no cities, no humans.
It's been there for 80 years
"My best guess is that it was placed there more than 80 years ago," noted Eric Edwards, founder of CampsitePhotos, who visited the site. "It has some similarities to an ancient mermaid."He added: "During the 1940s and 1950s in secret, remote areas of the Mojave Desert, chemical weapons tests were conducted, so some siren was probably used if there was a mishap," says RT.
The truth is that it's in a place surrounded by miles and miles of nothing. No roads, no cities, no human beings (Youtube).
But Sarah Robey, professor of history at Idaho State University, strongly denies this theory: "The Cold War sirens had a rectangular mouth and the air raid sirens of World War II did not look like that either, even those that were more cylindrical," said the specialist to the portal How Stuff Works. He believes it could be a measuring instrument, for example, to detect long-range shock waves, although he has his doubts.
The Mojave Desert is the driest desert in the United States and hundreds and hundreds of kilometers without human life (AP).
The Mojave Desert has been the site of military exercises and tests since 1859. Today there are still four major military installations in operation. For now, Edwards gives the location of the site in case any adventurers want to go there: "You have to use an all-terrain vehicle and drive across the Mojave River, then dirt and sand roads. From Highway 15, take the Afton Canyon exit and head east to the campground. From there, continue another 15 miles east through the canyon and follow the railroad tracks. Turn right on Crucero Road for a few miles and then start looking for it at the top of a small hill. Once you are at the location, it may be helpful to have the exact coordinates of the object (35.0056 degrees N, 116.1963 degrees W)."

"The fastest website in the world
This is the fastest website in the world. Don’t even try, you will not be able to find anything as fast as this website!
I am tired of people, clients, and developers being too much obsessed with speed. The only way to have a super-fast website is to have a website with almost nothing!
Humans complain too much! They say walking is slow, so they invented the bicycle. Now they say the bicycle is slow, they invented motorbikes. Now they say motorbike is slow, they invented the car. Now they say, the car is slow, they invented a plane. Now they say a plane is slow, they invented rockets. Now they say rocket is slow? What do you all want? To teleport or to disappear and appear anywhere in seconds? And what is next after that?
You cannot please Google!
Some of you want to please Google. I am sorry to break your heart, you cannot please Google. Even Google cannot please Google.
For example, check Google blog, does it pass the core web vitals test? NO!
If Google cannot please Google, then who are you to please Google?
If you are obsessed with pleasing Google then remove all ads from your site, remove all subscription forms. Remove everything that helps you convert. Only plain texts. No images. No styling whatsoever. Just plain texts like this. Google will be happy but your pocket will not be happy.
Focus on your content. Stop trying to please Google.
Core Web Vitals update
What is that again? Well, another way to put webmasters under pressure? Maybe or maybe not.
The bad news is that no matter how you optimize your website if you have a good percentage of your readers from countries with slow internet, you will fail the real-world test of Core Web Vitals..."
