I've red on another forum that it's praticly impossible not to have a reboot in the installation process. Here, on some machine it reboots on others it don't, can't figure ou what is causing this. There's also a rumor that Microsoft is working on a hotfix to resolve this issue. To be continued ...

I've been working on this setup for weeks without good result, I tried all I got I followed this : http://support.microsoft.com/kb/907759 But I can't make the installation without a reboot. The installation start, the computer reboot without notice after 5 minutes and wait for the user to login to continue the setup. After that it goes well but can it be done without a reboot ?? I have to send this software by SMS so I can't wait for a user to login before the installation continues. Thanks,

Any news of this ? I have the same Google popup using my own ISS. On some pcs, the application just wont install, on others, I have the **** popup. Looked like on some pcs, the google popup makes the app quits the setup. The registration process works fine using totoymola method.

Hi, Does someone already installed this application silently ? I'm able to do it with this mode : X:\XXXX.exe -i SILENT But I always have to enter the serial and my server name after that. I want to be able to completly "silent" it There is no registry key I can import, no .ini file. The documentation of InstallAnywhere is so complicated, I don't understand a thing.... That's it, the key : [HKEY_USERS\S-1-5-18\Software\GlobalSCAPE\CuteFTP Professional\Index] "3"=xxxxxxxxxxx "1"=xxxxxxxxxxx have to be imported from your own serial, either it won't work. So install it, export the key and update the file given by Altavista. Great work
