  2. Thank you so much guys. I will install Windows 2000 now and try all of these things!
  3. I think I am using: "Ralink RT3290 802.11bgn WiFi Adapter".If someone can Bypass the OS Check on this driver for Windows XP, will be amazing! By the way, I wanted to say thank you for entering that deep in my problem! You are one good person! 6. Nice! Only one thing left before I start the installation, the WiFi (LAN) driver. Can somebody help me? Here is the official HP Drivers site: http://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/hp-pavilion-g6-2300-notebook-pc-series/5330578/model/5367495#Z7_3054ICK0K8UDA0AQC11TA930O2 I have already tested Windows XP on my computer and it is working all just fine. The only thing is that I'll have trouble finding my Windows XP LAN driver again for someone to bypass os check. By the way guys, how to Bypass OS Check? EDIT: I just got it wrong. Now I know what you mean. Any help will be appreciated.
  7. As the title says, I wanted to ask it, is it possible to install windows 2000 on my HP Pavilion G6 2303su? My laptop is using AMD HD Graphics 7600M and Intel HD Graphics 4000. Is it possible for someone to edit atleast the Intel HD Graphics driver to be running well on Win 2k? Any help will be greatly apreciated!
  8. This is exactly what I did. I take ownership and than... bla bla bla... 100% the same thing. It doesn't give me error or something. The changes just doens't apply. I tryed it over 10 times without any success. Any other ideas?
  9. Hello. As the tittle says, I am having trouble editing basebrd.dll.mui. I use Resourse Hacker and when I save changes and restart the computer, nothing is changed. Any suggestions how to save changes will be greatly appreciated!
____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Translation: I use DriverMax. It automatically installs all of my drivers and it does a great job! Bearing in mind that my computer is for Windows 8.1, it is definitely doing a pretty good job! Keep in mind that drivers for Intel HD Graphics 4000 for Windows Vista don't exist!
  11. Upgraded to Windows Vista Ultimate x64 ( ) and the Problem is Solved. 6 GB's of RAM, HERE I COME! EDIT: Back to XP
  12. I think I know how to fix it, but first you need to answer few questions! - What is your PC model? (Example: "HP" , "Lenovo" , "Dell") - When did this error appear (I mean when for first time you get it) ? - Have you ever Re-Installed Windows XP using the "Repair" option or even with basic Re-Installation?
  13. Can you please give us an photo of your issue?
  14. To switch into Windows XP 64 bit is the best option, but unfortunately I can't find any drivers for it and I can't even install it, because I get bsod on the setup, so the only left option is to stay with Windows XP 32 bit and somehow get up to 3 gb ram just, because I don't like the Windows 7, 8, 8.1 and 10 visual style. (The themes for Windows XP are terible... ) Any other suggestions or fixes?
  15. None of them worked, but I think that I am one step forward, because I realized that when I go to msconfig > boot.ini > Advanced Options and click MAXMEM, it shows 933 and If I try to change it to a higher value, and click "OK", and try opening it again or restarting the Computer is back to 933, but if I change it to lower value it works. The same happens and when I try manually editing C:\boot.ini and type /maxmem=3072, and restart the pc it again changes back to 933 Does someone know how to fix this?
  16. Hello! - Before all, I want to say sorry for my Bad English! I am using HP Pavilion G6 2303su that is supposed to be running Windows 8. Before few weeks ago, I find drivers for Windows XP. Those drivers were not available from the HP site, but most of them were signed by my manufacturer, so I decided to install Windows XP. When I installed it I had a few problems and I solve all of them, expect the problem with my RAM memory. My Laptop have 6 GB of RAM, but unfortunately Windows XP recognizes only 932 MB of RAM. (I am sure that the problem is not from my RAM, because the BIOS recognizes the whole 6 GB and CPUID does too.) Any suggestions how to fix it will be greatly appreciated!
