I used partition magic 8 to partition my hard disk into 3 partitions ,, the first one and second one are NTFS (Windows 2000 and 2003 respectively), and the third one was Linux partition,,,,when I checked partitions for error, I found there was error in first partition(windows2000),,,,And this is not the first time I experienced the same problem,,,,I have faced the same problem many times before,,,,,,,,,, Is there any reason for that? How can I avoid this problem or how can I fixed? This problem affect me when I tried to do backup to the effected partition

Hi All When I stick USB flash card, I can see it in the system try (right down corner of the screen), but I can not find it in "My Computer" . How do I figure out this problem?i.e how can I browse it ? What I did ,,,right click on my computer then click Manage then click Disk Management,,,when I changed the drive letter for falsh,,, I was able to see it,,,but I tried with many PCs (win2003 OS) ,,all of them I have to do same procedure!!!! why like this,,,is there any otherway to overcome this issue? Regarding to Hyperterminal ,,,why I can not see it with win 2003 ,,,do I need to download it from internet,,,or it has been hidden somewhere ? Thanks

Precam I just want to double check with you......you are looking to login in to your windows2000 Pro remotly,,,,,Arn't you?. Because I am bit confused with the topic name "Remte access under windows 2000 pro" I thought the word "under" is similar to word "from".
