Can you make this, but with the windows being the same colour with taskbar?If you remove all the colours from the colorization panel the window is kinda whiteish..Though the taskbar is clear glass!Can you make the same with windows?And maybe keep the colour in min,max,close buttons!Or remove that too, i am just sayin.. I have try but after that Windows tells me that it's files are already in use. I figured it out. You may have to have the "explorer.exe" not running while using the Task Manager to replace the RibbionUI or If you're dual booting Windows on your main computer. Go to the other operating system and replace the Ribbion Files there. I also found out there is RibbionUI Files in the SysWOW64 folder. Which can only be used by the SysWOW64 folder from the Consumer Preview. However, I believe this could somehow conflict with installing or updating Modern Apps via Windows Store, I am not sure. If you ever use a task that requires "sfc /scannow" via elevated command prompt. The process will switch the Ribbon files back to their original ones. I had the same problem my second monitor is my TV not work great with this mod. No matter that this is the beta 1 or 2, I have uninstall aero glass for now and it works well. Waiting for new version!

You need 3 files, UIRibbon.dll, UIRibbonRes.dll and UIRibbon.dll.mui, just tried it and it worked.I want this theme too, can you upload the files please thanks!

After you have Aero Glass working, meaning the window frames are transparent the Color Swatches from Windows 7,In that reg file, are suppose to work automatically, because the color info and the images from the "Color and Appearence", I believe read off the "DWMGlass.dll" file. As long as that dll file is active the new pre-set Windows 7 colors work. Whenever you have the DWMGlass.dll inactive, meaning when it's not showing Aero transparency on the window frames, there's a "Error loading Pre-set Colors message." I'm not sure if that's your case. How to the colors appear on your Color and Appearence Window? I have no errors, but if I select the third as you, it's very dark .. Whoever is automatic it is also dark more than windows 7 here's the difference.. I see, I believe it has something to do with how much the theme has changed from 6.1.7601 (Windows 7) to 6.2.9200 (Windows 8) and beyond. The colors needed to be changed as well to fit the new theme for 8 . As u see in this screenshot here, this is an older version of Windows 8, which still had the Windows 7 color swatches along with the Automatic colorization but the theme itself is still Aero built-in before it was taken out. The picture with the Consumer Preview, the transparency is there, it's just harder to see when you're on an Active Window. This pic here, could be RTM, but then again I downloaded this via Windows Store on the day it came out on October 17th via Microsoft website. Runs a lot better than the RTM that got leaked back in September. What are you talking about? Could you really be expressing impatience that BigMuscle hasn't released his product for an OS that's not yet officially released? How fast do you expect him to work? ClassicShell 4.0 works fine with Windows 8.1. BigMuscle's Beta 1 version of Aero Glass for Win 8.1 works with Windows 8.1. It's just not finished. -Noel Yes i have windows 8.1 pro with classic shell and is working fine , i really good soft! I have try aero glass beta 1 is working but the command prompt is disturbing , I'll try again in the final version.I also said the theme that i wanted to try xXiNightXx but is impossible for now.
