I have disable windows files protetion ,but it does't work too. I still can't delete it. I don't think windows will protect a file which in G:\1\

er... My WindowsXP directory is C:\windows ,and i install Windows Vista in G:(NTFS). Now i want to delete Windows Vista under winxp os. But some files of Vista can not be delete .

1>modify the regedit.exe to regedit.com 2>run it and find HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\exefile\shell\open\command\ 3>modify the value data of the defsult string value to "%1" %*(include the double quotation marks )
