  1. Windows Error When Opening On Desktop

    i am not really sure what is wrong with my computer, i tried to look up the error and downloading some programs that didn't help, so here is a description of whats wrong: everytime i try to open anything on my desktop (my computer, recycling bin etc.) An error pops up that says " windows cannot open "..and then some shell32 error thing pops up., and it will ask me to send an error report..if anyone has any idea on how to fix this, i would really appreciate it, thanks!
