Hi. The person who sent Gape the Q320798 fix is me. I got both English and Korean version.(Korean version got from Korea Support center.) I think that is a bug fix. (This problem may occur if the IsValidCodePage Win32 API returns an incorrect FALSE value during an attempt to load codepage 1250.) According to the article, this bug only affects the Korean-localized version. Therefore, it means just a bug fix on other language editions of Win98.

Restorator2004 is good. But kernel32.dll is not working. I think that the english version of kernel32.dll do not operate in a specific language. (I'm using korean version of Windows.) Thanks.
