  1. Thanks mrmb. It works. Great job buddy. I wish there was a way to activate it silently though.
  2. So what do I do with this reg key. Do I create a reg file with the above info? Do I install that reg file before or after flashfxp's installation? Thanks
  3. Word on the street is that DVD-Rs have a longer life than DVD-RWs. I dont know whether that is true or not but I wanna be on the safe side. Plus they are pretty cheap nowdays.
  4. Thats the point of this forums, right? If you dont have anything useful to say then dont post... Personally I want to have all my software to install automatically. After six months I might update the software, create a new DVD and discard the old one.
  5. Nope, it works with any valid Nero 6 key That is most cool I have a valid key...so....woohoo! 8-) Now, do I have to install my boxed Nero, and then apply the updates, or are these nero downloads the complete programs? they are the complete programs /fugg Yeah, but the boxed version has some extra files in it. Its usually bigger in size. One thing i have noticed is that the download version does NOT include the help files, while the boxed version does. Personally I install the boxed version first, and then apply the updates. Now, is there any way to make the boxed version unnatended and then autometically create another switch to install the updates? Thanks
  6. It is not a -R, rather /r Try giving your iss file a destination, likesetup.exe /a /r /f1c:\setup.iss It works. YESH... : Thanks. i have no idea what those switches do, but I just copied and pasted all of them in the Start -> Run Window (of course I added the PDVD executable path) and it worked. The setup.iss just appeared on my C: drive. Thanks to crahak too, for posting his setup.iss.
  7. Is it possible for you to post thos things here, especially the setup.iss file? I have been intsalling and uninstalling PowerDVD several times today but no setup.iss file shows up on the Windows directory. I run it using the -R switch but still nothing shows up. What am i doing wrong? Thanks. EDIT: I am also using the same exact version as yours.
