Does anyone know how to install it silently? I follow the example for older versions that surely works (I used it before), but now it doesn't evens starts to install. Well, Dougal4263 your method doesn't work. I ended up getting widnows that doesn't even install drivers for my Geforec FX5900XT. This is with windows made with nLite 0.98. nLite 1.0 Beta 5 can;t even boot windows after changes made with your method. I tried OEMDrivers method, and with nLite 0.98 drivers are not recognized at all. nLite 1.0 Beta 5 made windows, report loading the drivers during setup, but this windows can't even start. I had perfectly good made windows unattended with almost 4 GB and I wanted to change from WHQL nVidia drivers to MSI drivers for my MSI graphic card, but this is a lot of problems indeed. And what if there is no lines to remove? I have searched all these files and there is not a single line you have writen to remove. I used nLite on my installation, so it could be that nLite already removes this.

Is there a sure way to install it silently without using of AutoIt? I tried a lot of things but none of them works. Please, if someone has the solution to explain it.

Well, I managed to install Photoshop silenty. Adobe Bridge is supposed to be installed with Photoshop, and not Illustrator. So I had no success so far, and I can't use your method, because I can't make mst file, because installshiled reports an error about msi file.

Hi, I have MSI nVidia FX5900XT ViVo graphic card, and I want to install MSI version of the original nVidia drivers. These are not signed as WHQL by Microsoft, and no matter if they are newer (higher version), installation procedure refuses to install them, but installs drivers that are already build into windows. How can I trick installation to force it to install this non-WHQL drivers? Millan

Hi, I just can't find the way to integrade nVidia WDM Capture drivers used by all nVidia based ViVo cards. This drivers are installed with installShiled. But, when you install then, they reboot, and when Windows is started again two new devices are found and install through New Hardware Installation Wizard. Hi, Well driver pack works OK. But if you need to install windows on SATA drive it won't be recognized by the installer. Try it on a VIA motherboard and you will see it. Drive will work after install, but you can't install on it if you use only your driver pack. I have MSI KT600 Delta motherboard and this is the ONLY trully working way for installing windows on SATA drive. You need to let windows know where are the drivers during the presetup phase. This is the only way, you slipstream drivers in the windows. This goes for every other SATA drivers. They need to be slipstreamed into installer and I386 folder. Bâshrat, you could try to make similar thing for every other common SATA driver, so the people can install on SATA drive. Millan

Hi, Trying to install WS-FTP 9.01. It is packed IS installer. One file, after running it it extracts in few (3) temp folders in /UserProfile/Temp/. I get the installer from that (standard IS). But after I try to install using it, it reports an error and looks for a file that doesn't exist in any of the created folders (data2.cab, it has only data1.cab). How to install this? Hi, You need at least FX5900 to run 3DMark05. Requires new Pixel Shaders or something like that. I have 5900XT and I can't get over 2-5 fps in all the tests! Even with NX6800 Ultra you can't get over 20 fps. Unbelievable tests! Millan

Hi, I have seen a lot of instructions for making Nero installations. Well, they definilty work, but some people have problems with that repacking removing components. Since we all (more or less) make DVD installations, there is no 700 MB limit to fit all stuff in. Why to loose time packing Nero and loosing time in the install process to unpack that. I use the simple method of includding complete Nero unpacked on the DVD. Nero will take 250 MB for all features (Nero, NeroVision & NeroPlayer). You can install all features or every feature sepparatly. Nero 6.6 Reloaded has following folders: Common Files CoverDesigner Nero 6 Nero Media Player Nero Vision Express 3 Redist And Setup.exe Multiinstaller. So I use this for RunOnceEX: REG ADD %KEY%\007 /V 1 /D "\"%SystemDrive%\Install\Nero\Nero 6\Setup.exe\" /SN=XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX /WRITE_SN /SILENT /NO_UI /NOREBOOT /NOLICENSE" /f REG ADD %KEY%\007 /V 2 /D "\"%SystemDrive%\Install\Nero\Nero Vision Express 3\Setup.exe\" /SN=XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX /WRITE_SN /SILENT /NO_UI /NOREBOOT /NOLICENSE" /f You can make the same instruction for Media Player, because I don't use it. You will save time and nerves for creating rar installers, removing stuff from the installation, because you can delete what ever you want after installing program; simply delete folders from Program Files/Ahead folder you don't need. In the RunOnceEX REG keys you see up there you can see sequence \". This you must use because the path to the setup.exe files have blank characters, and you need to use quotes. This will work with any version of Nero 6. Just unpack the whole installer and you will get all stuff in one place. Millan

Hi, this is the only way to do it and to have driver for SCSI virtual drive installed. If you use RunOnceEx, you will get New Hardware Wizard to install driver. You can make a small change and use CMDOW program (copy it in System32 folder in $$). Changed code: cmdow @ /HID @Echo Off START /wait %systemdrive%\install\DaemonTools\daemon.msi /quiet /passive /qn /norestart REBOOT=ReallySuppress EXIT This way you will not even see the window that installs the program and the driver. NOD32 is the best. Norton is big and slow. NOD32 is only 10-15 MB big, and uses very listtle system resources. And on all professional tests have best results. I use it for almost 2 years and there is no way to change NOD32 for any other program. Try it (especially if you use Norton)! Millan

Hi, I made perfect unattended install of WinXPSP2 but I have one final big problem. I used Registry Tweaks Collection made by Johnny Do. The collection is great but it does one thing that I don't like: I use Default WinXP start menu with most used programs list. But after applying the reg file, I only see items that are PIN-ed to the start menu. The rest of the list is empty. It seems that Windows is not showing the list of programs I started recently. How to get it back? What reg tweak caused this, so I can remove it. Where in the Registry is such setting placed? Help please!!! Millan

Hi, I have tryed a program Cookie Monster. Program uses Nullsoft instaler, and with /S install itself silenty. But after the end of installation a dialog appears that asks if I want to see help file or not. How to avoid this? Is there a way to automaticly 'click' NO to this dialog? Millan
