Normally newest drivers for the network card (wi-fi or not) fix the problem. I had the same issue with my card, it disconnects every 4/5 minutes, after updating the drivers it works perfectly!

Hi Qin921009 Nero seems to be just a burner software but sometimes it can became a nightmare for us. I remember one time, just updating Nero to a newest version, the computer didn't start anymore. So finally, I start to turn around any possible problem using Acronis True image, cloning the hard drive before to do anything should be dangerous for my system let me to continue to sleep quite. Anyway, now we should know which windows version you have and if you have a previous Nero installation on your system befor to try to install that software. Any step and information you can provide will be more helpful, tks

Hello tks1234 Personally I can report my experience: I used Memorex long time ago and one day my PC won't to boot at all. At the beginning I was becoming crazy to looking for the problem, and at the end I discovered that booting the computer with a Memorex CD into the drive, it locks the computer. It was not a bad bootable CD, just a CD with any data stored, infact leaving any other media in the drive, of any other manufacter except Memorex, I didn't have any more problems. After that experience I spend some cent more and I started to buy only better media like Verbatim AZO, from that time I forgot what mean have problems with the media. Another step to consider is to looking for a new firmware for your media burner, sometimes it fix the issue, but if your drive is so old the a new firmware is no longer avaiable, you can consider to buy a more recent drive
