Look at the pic and see that my names from the desktop folder have disappeared automatically.This also happened in other folder but when I changed the name of that folders all the files started to display their names correctly ,but what should i do in this case.

Whenever I start windows update in my office comp[uter It becomes really slow until i restart it.I have 256mb ram in it with 40 gb hdd I usually use it for only internet but it becomes slow it is celeeon 2.4ghz do i need a ram upgrade??Help me out.

check this, open msn messenger got to tools >options> Click on privacy and uncheck the box saying "always ask me ................."

u don't need to enter safe mode just go to logon screen hit ctrl+alt+delx 2 then enter administrator in user name and leave password space blank . you will enter a built in administrator account and do whatever u want.

I think you should check for norton recovery options coz it also takes too much space try turning it off and see what happens.

do this it will i think help u go to control panel administrative tools>event viewer and then find this error in the lists double click it and send it to microsoft by clicking on the link under the message .Hope they will help!

I think you have to switch of automatic selection.. ans you could download and install fire fox browser and look under the VIEW tab <{POST_SNAPBACK}> I also tried that but no help man.

About the hardisk .Whenever you format a hard disk first time u will lose some of its memory forever.No help could be done in this case I think.

yah it has been selected "auto select".

that is the whole point it doesnot load automatically.Why??I don't know.
