That problem is only there with the latest version.. Working on it Right now... For the moment you should download 7za.exe yourself and place it in the same folder as extract.cmd. Download it here: http://www.btsunattended.net/download.php?...url=/Downloads/ that problem was there in the prevous version too, at least for me, but for some weird reason, i CAN't install 7-zip, at least, not the one from its homepage, i extracted the drivers with the latest winrar tho

i still can't use this because extract.cmd (or whatever) does NOTHING, i'll attach a pic of the comand window with the last part, after it "downloads" something (nothing apears in the folder like it used to before).

i'll re re re download again, but every time i try the exract.cmd did nothing but delet itself (and nothing is downloaded)

i went to the 7-zip page, but the installer gives an error and wont install either (version 313)

i downloaded the latest pack, i don't have a program that can handle 7z compresion, so it downloads something, BUT, after that, NOTHINg is extracted... it worked with previous version

Okay got that. But the file was change by the install script, right? I've read through i386/txtsetup.sif and it contains the via Raid drivers I need and all the others. But still the CD doesn't load them during boot. Maybe cuz of my winnt.sif?? Have you run the Patch.cmd? That's required! those are the instalation instructions. i wanted to use method 2, but in: "here" is a link for downloadng "something". that link wont work ! can you give me "easy to undestrand" instructions so that i can make the drivers recognized during Text mode part, and installed when windows installs every driver ?

well then... HOW do i make this driver pack be recognized in the text mode part of the instalation AND in windows ?

using gosh's method, i tryed to edit muy bootscreen. everything fails, if i do not use the ntoskrnl.exe from SP2, edit it, and rename it to oemkrnl.exe (if i use an older ntoskrnl or a custom one, windows wont boot, it only gives me an error mesage). but if i use reshacker to replace the bitmaps, the new image is first loaded ok, but then its colors "go wrong". its like when you save a 16 bits bitmap to a 256 color one. how can i correctly edit the SP2 ntoskrnl.exe ?

same here, BUT ONLY, if i use a custom bootscreen, or an old one. if i EDIT the one that comes with SP2, and add my images to it, it works, BUT, the image starts showing fine, then, its colord go nuts, and the moving dots apear. i don't really know what the problem is, the colors change, like when you have a 24 bit bitmap, and save it as a 16 bits one. i tried using 16 and 24 bits bitmaps and the same thing happens. what should i do ?
