Thank you for your response!! I dont know....I never got that far...the Pc went into "Blue Screen".... And my driver packs are in the Driverpacks directory. (see pic) I have borrowed two PC's and will do some further testing on this matter. I noticed that ther was a version change from BTS_DriverPacks_BASE_V602.exe --> BTS_DriverPacks_BASE_V603.exe. If I use the BTS_DriverPacks_BASE_V603.exe on a "Unattended winxp DVD" that already has the BTS_DriverPacks_BASE_V602.exe implimented. Do I have to remove the work that has been done by the BTS_DriverPacks_BASE_V602.exe? Iam using metode 1. Again thank you for your response!

The instal did not worke on one PC...(Intel drivers?) but it worked well on an old PC. The DVD worked on all PC's before the implementation of driverpacks using metod 1. Any ideas?

I Dl'ed the virus def file, then extracted the new file(virus def), and included that file into the org. instal file.

Thank you!!! Is there a easy way (Switch?) to suppress the"Virus def out of date" meassage after install I read the post above, and understand that it has somthing to do white it.

Ok I have read the topics ......maybe Iam "to Slow" on thies matter... The closes I came was this ""%systemdrive%\install\Symantec\Symantec AntiVirus.msi /qb RUNLIVEUPDATE=0 REBOOT=REALLYSUPPRESS"" Is this what I need to do a silent install, and after reeboot(whole XP install is finalized) just run a virus def update(liveUpdate)...

Hey For about a year ago I made a unattended Winxp cd, and it works perfect(for me) Then this SATA disk became more popular .... The problem is that some of the MOB's can run at the WinXp genuin SATA driver, but it can not find/instal it from my Cd... I just wonder if there is a way to check if the driver is on the Cd somwhere? I would appreciate an answer on this
