The looping error from the 3 of 3 update is tricky. Mostly though it is because you removed 1 too many things. This is one reason why I'm going to be cautious of what I remove when I make a disk. There is just too many things that can screw up. As well you might want to test it in VirtaulBox, before doing a clean whip/install.

Do you happen to have a link or could you post some code for this batch file you run? Is it something you run every time it boots up or is it a 1 time deal to put the services into a "manual" mode?

You might beable to make a workable ISO from that drive and then you can play with it but I wouldn't touch that drive in general. Who knows what could be screwed up if you touch it expecially if you need a reinstall. Those "extra partitions" on drives hold some information that is even critical to the operation of the OS. Seen a few HP's like that, which I though was the oddest thing but it insures as well its not easily going to be ripped off probably. More of an annoyance factor I say, you get a 160Gig drive and you already have 4-5Gig partition which basically is un-usable.

Give it time. I alot of those features you are talking about didn't come in until later with nLite.

Sneak in here since of the discussion but is Virtual Box operate like MS's Virtual Machine or is it much better? As well if you install an OS on it, does it act like it would if you did it on a full clean install? Reason I ask is at least with Virtual machine I've gotten mixed results. Thanks
