Now I found shell32.dll in KB2479628. But it includes user32.dll which expand functions. I think there is more important problem in deference of user32. Thx.

msvcrt.dll (VC6 Runtime) compatible to Windows XP/2003. I use in KDW msvcrt changed a little change from 2003's one. Lastest DBGHELP.DLL is included in last SDK, and it is Advanced compatible to XP7s one. Almost game installers include it. CryptStringToBinaryA/W WIndows 2000 has native both functions. I released v16b(Japanese). It works completely AES support. And Google Chrome Native Client and Sync function works well ! (And a little fixed on v15k English and Trd-Chinese)

ProcessExplorer 15.13 also calls ObCloseHandle in ntoskrnl.exe. So, it doesn't work. You can run Process Explorer (15.13) without fixing this dependency. I haven't seen any errors because of it You only need to fix the one related to credui.dll & advapi32.dll.

Hi. It seems you replace wrong binaries. at first you have better create an integrated CD Windows 2000 SP4 and SRP1 and chipset and HDD/IF Driver. (and enable LBA)

I think the registry is referenced by win32k.sys. There is no value in windows 2000, so you can't apply it with copy XP's binaries (Don't copy XP's win32k.sys. It is different from XP's on with structure level)

That's right. If you use IE5 environment, the setup block the installer. I can't check IE5 environment.

Please see it. It is delay-loaded. _kernel32.dll is dust file and is not installed. I made mistake when I create the package. I repacked it SetSHF.exe sets rgistry for SHFolder my picture and my video and etc.

I released English and Traditional Chinese Version v15j kernel. Firefox v13 nightly build works fine on it.

This blog example Silverlight 5 Beta works fine. But RC and RTM would not work. It shows only blank .(You can show up silverlight 5 context menu.)

Silverlight 5.0 Beta works on Windows 2000 Silverlight 5.0 RC and RTM can be installed on Windows 2000 and old component work well, but new component does not work on Window 2000. Does anyone have more information ?

Ez KD Registry and IE Registry change the ExcludeFromKnownDlls entry. If you check on it adds several dlls in ExcludeFromKnownDlls entry. and when you check off it delete these.

Uninstall mode effects to system install mode. Because you can easyly delete kdw files on Ez install mode.

How about using InstallFlashPlayer.exe created when you execute "FlashUtil1**_plugin.exe /update plugin" or "FlashUtil1**_activex.exe /update activex " ? And I released English version kernel v13i.

I released kernel v13i English version. It was fixed many Ipv6 Problems and SetDlllDirectory Problem.

I replaced from v10a to v10b. It resolved the problem the PDF reader add-on crash on browser ,cause of SetDllDirectory. and I released Traditional Chinese Version v10b. (The problem is since v3) I'll replace v13 kernel.

I tried install Fx 13a0 29th Feb version with kernelex. 1) Install Kernelex v15(Developing version). 2) setup.exe is registered XP mode with fcwin 3) Firefox runs ok.

I think Pale moon v9.x and Firefox v13 work on Windows 2000 with v13 kernel Fx3.6 and Gecko 1.9.2 will indeed be dead on the 24th of April which is when Firefox 12 gets released. I believe that starting with Pale Moon 8.1, I'm strongly guessing that they probably switched to MSVC 2010 SP1 before the developers at Firefox did. And the CRT included with MSVC 2010 requires WIndows XP SP2 whatever you're running it as the main PC or in a virtualised environment. MSVC 2012 will not even support Windows XP at all. I do believe that Win2k is the best OS that Microsoft has ever made. With the English update version of KernelEx v14 to fix this, I sure hope that all hope isn't lost.

PeTool v0.0.5 always crushes when I reload DLL. Access violation at address 00403E6C in module 'PETool.exe'. I think it doesn't initialize data area, when reload another dll.

I already have tested Skype from 5.3 to 5.8 with KDW. They worked on Windows 2000, but we can't use audio devices on Skype with Unknown reason. Plese see following topic If anyone find out the reason then I'll embedded it. (KernelEx v14 already has 'SHParseDisplayName' in shell32.dll. It is japanese only. English version is Coming soon)

How is the problem ? Did you install any KDW file with system mode ?
