I did not remove the driver for VM which is I think the LSI Logic. I wonder what could have cause this error. Any suggestions please? Thanks.

Please take a look on my .INI file. I think I have set the compatibility with Aero tick.

Hi aviv00 I'm amused about your post. Do you really come up with this size? I tried my first vLite but I've come up with 963MB iso Home Premium edition only . Can you take a look in my last session please. Maybe you can tell me what to do in order for me to cut down the size a little more like 700MB or less. I thought vLite has its own preset like nLite. Thank you for your reply but if you haven't d/l my last session it states there that I integrate the latest driver that's why I remove the ethernet/LAN driver. @danker I understand what you are trying to say now in the case of VM. But am using another hdd now to test it and removing some of them maybe I can still use the internet. Just don't know what is really needed. Thanks for trying to make me understand.

Hi danker don't get me wrong here. I'm totally noob in customizing windows using nlite . I just copied some from other post here. I just want to trim down my windows and i'm amazed of how people can do this. I have waste a lot of cd's, formatting my drive coz' I really want to make it right. In nero's case I love that program especially the wave editor that's why I'm keeping it but not the bloated one. So you were saying that I have to retain the LAN driver's? Can you be more specific please or are these really needed to be able to have a connection? Thank you.

Nope. I'm thinkin that it may have do with my services or within the components tab of nlite. I'm not sure though.

Hi again. I just finish making another nlited sp3 and testing this on virtual box. Installing is fine, integration of WMP11, IE7, Nero, folder marker works fine, audio works too but when I tried to test my internet I can't seem to connect. Virtual box settings are set to default. Hi Krrose27 I also bumped into that problem the first time I use nlite using XP Gold as source and slipstreamed SP2. All I did was to d/l the needed DLL file(s). Here where you can d/l these files: <A href="http://www.dll-files.com/dllindex/dll-files.shtml?framedyn">http://www.dll-files.com/dllindex/dll-files.shtml?framedyn</A> and <A href="http://www.dll-files.com/dllindex/dll-files.shtml?srclient">http://www.dll-files.com/dllindex/dll-files.shtml?srclient</A> After you d/l the files you can copy it inside your \I386 folder. This is after you finish making a nlited Windows. This is what I do, you may and may not want to try this but it works for me.

How am I suppose to test the finish project if the driver integration is success and can be installed using fresh install? Is VMware and Virtual PC is for testing that your finish project can be use to boot up your pc and install windows? Without knowing that you might or may installed the right driver for your pc? What do you suggest then?

Hi all I'm havin problem integrating my set of drivers. I've made an nlited SP3 and use XP Gold as source (without sp). The project seems ok when it is finished unfortunately when I tried it out using Virtual PC 2007 all of my drivers (video, audio, lan) is not installed. I've started with a XP Gold as the source and slipstreamed SP3 build 5512. All the other settings including WMP11 integration was successful. Hoping anyone can help me to solve this.
