  1. Thanks for the quick reply. I will read up on this over the weekend, and setup a VM lab.
  2. Hello all. Has anybody started to create a test image for deployment with Windows 7? If so is there any documentation or videos out yet for this? I did not follow the imaging for vista due to my job staying with xp. I know the imaging process is far different than from XP. We are also using Ghost Solutions 2.5 as well. Thank you for your time on this matter.
  3. Has anybody gotten Program Files to the D:\ Partition yet with the AIK? Seems like the Folder Locations only works for the Users folder. I would move over to vista already but this is stopping me. Thank you for your time on this matter.
  4. First off i would like to thank you for the great guide. For now everything is working out well if what i wanted to do with this. But i am having one small problem. I am trying to move the Program Files folder to the D: drive. I was able to move the Users folder over with no problems with the Folder Locations component. I have tried several names for the folder locations like D:\ProgramData, D:\ProgramFiles, and D:\Programs with no luck. For the user's folder i just used what i saw in the xlm help of the AIK D:\Profiles and it worked. Has anybody had any luck with this? thanks a lot.

  6. Hello. I ran into the same issue myself yesterday. I saw your post and just changed the following below, after the OS installed. Is there a way that you can insert some sort of command or batch file to change the registry settings to the ones below when you set up the winnt.sif?? After i made this change everything now defaults to D: . Only thing i have in C: is the windows folder, I386, and the AMD64 folder. Why do i have the AMD64 folder on C:\?? don't know lol just though i would place it in there.
