Its ( the threath) is getting bigger and bigger indeed, I think it's a wonder how you can keep up to date whit it, and still make time to help everybody. Okee, back from holiday and again trying to get my FF instal silent, and the way I like it. I have managed to get my bookmarks and most of my extensions. But I am having troubles to get adblock instald. Ihave put it in the XPI dir and copyed over the localstore.rdf. But after install No Adblock. I have searced this forum and understand that this EXT is giving some problems to install. Can anybody help me. Allso I have noticed that there is a flashgot.exe in the profiles dir. Must I copy this? I have been testing without copying it, and all seems to work. But will this still be the same when I am doing a fresh install? TIA D@RKNeSS

Are all the above code still working in FF 1.0.3? I have tried them all and still my extesions aren't getting installed? D@RKNeSS

Great tool I am using it with much pleasure. But I have one problem. The Adblock extension isn't integreted into the silent installer. Can sombody tell me how to do it? All the other exetensions I am using are avalible in the intaller. TIA D@RKNeSS

I have my unatended dvd up and running. But I wonder is ther an Uk or US MUI. I ask this because I would like to make my dvd NL and UK. So that if I am installing I can choose between Dutch and or English. Some of you now are thinking why not use the Uk winXP with an Dutch MUI. I know this will work. But stupid me I want it the other way around. TIA D@RKNeSS

To SiMoNsAyS I am going to try your new method on my dutch Firefox instal. I'm going to try to make the install incude al of my extensions and bookmarks etc etc. Is going to be my first atemped to make firefox silent. Mayby of some interest to some there is a simple way of putting your backuped xpi extensions back again after an format. Just drag and drop the xpi into your opend browser. I am just trying to get it running in "nero de luxe mode". But I have downlaoded the file already 3 times, and still I am getting an error on creating the custom build. Is it possible that the file NERO_deluxe-rar is indeed corupt? D@RKNeSS I AM Stupid But as I was typing this mesage I saw I had to put a - between deluxe and rar. I had an DOT typed. But again an problem. It's starting to build the custom installer now. Until it reaches (hope I am using the right word) 95% and it stops. D@RKNeSS

I had to set Unatendedswitch=yes and teh above reg tweak to do wath you want to do. Mabay it's not the nicesed way but it works for me DaRKNeSS

If you read the tweaks threat you can find a reg tweak to do so. Alexei Kubarev I would help people like me. Because when I have instaled my unatended winxp dvd the sound setting is set to almost the min of what is posible. I allways was setting this setting to max manualy so I thought mabay their is a tweak to do it auto. I searches the forum and the www, but couldn't find anything so I decided to made it my self. For the people who downloaded it can you please let me know if it work,s on you's as wel as on my pc. I am curius it is my first made tweak. DaRKNeSS

I have made a tweak so that the sound volume is set to max. On my one pc it works great don't know if it wil work on yours. You have to try it. Only the cd-player , line in and pc beep aren't set to max. Perhaps I will look in to that but dont know when I don't use these thing anyway. DaRKNeSS MAX_volume_tweak.rar

YES It works (for me) don't know on a nother pc. But I have to take a look at the cd player, line in and pc beeb sound settings. They are still not set to max. But that doen't matter much to me< never use them any way. DaRKNeSS

Think I got it. I have launced reg shot and looked at the chanches made. Than Exporting them to a reg file. If I now set my volume to MIN after importing the reg file and rebooting the vol is set to MAX again. If sombody needs this reg tweak i have atached a file. (it's BETA) BEWARE I don't know jet if it wil work after a Unatended instal Going to try now or tomorrow. I Will make allso a note in the stiky tweaks threat if it works. Okee found a nother key that works for me daemon.msi Reboot=Suppress /qn" /fAt first I had put a / between .msi and Reboot that is why it didn't worked the first few times. DaRKNeSS

I have looked and search this site and the kelly tweaks site but I can't find a reg tweak to set volume to max. Can It be done? Maby by making a regshot and setting it manualy to max and search for the chanches made??? DaRKNeSS

Okee fixed the adobe instal (didn't read that wel) grabed the cache folder under windows, and instaled with the .msi works fine. I am now working on daemon tools got a msi the way Alanoll told me to. But now getting the mesage "inproper comand line parameters" (don't know the english word for parameters). Must be a wrong switch I think. Going to look again for switches with the search. I think I will get it to work for me. DaRKNeSS

Alanoll I Know That winzip isn't going to work that way. I had already found a topic about winzip. That is why I put rem in front of it to take a look at it in a latter stadium. Forget one thing I am using an pda anybody knows how to silent install ms active sync. Cant find any thing about it in the forums and on the ms homepage. DaRKNeSS
