Hello leedolman, If your budget is quite good, then why not go for a MAC, you can get a mac even on the finance option now, secondly mac's are famous for music production and movie stuff, you can easily get a super spec mac for the budget you have it might go over 1000 GBP, but would be great. If you still wanna stick to the PC, then i would recommend go for a Intel Motherboard and processor, put as much memory in it and a Matrox graphics card www.matrox.com get a external USB2 or firewire hard drive which would even allow you to boot through the USB2 www.storagedepot.co.uk go on www.apple.com and have a look, if you are frm UK you can select the UK store and look up prices and stuff.. regards and take care Mutahir

Hello All, I recently bought a PIV Intel, it says it has 1 GB RAM, how can i be sure that the ram installed in it is DDR and if its DDR what is its SPEED? Hello RKOrton, Try the right click option and then click on properties then appearance tab, then from the drop down list available select one by one and whichever displays the font selection options select tahoma at the desired size, by default i think its 9 or 10 , iam not v.sure about the font size. Hello All, I am running windows xp professional, my hard drive has 4 partitions, and all are ntfs, i want to know if there is a way to assign indvidual permissions to different folders in different partitions. For eg. I would like to restrict access to Drive E (ntfs) for everyone apart from myself and iam the admin of this PC, its used by my mates as well. so i don't want them to look up in drive e, i used to do that in windows pro and server. but i can't find a way in xp. thanks and regards Mutahir
