You can also make a sfx/rar to extract your icons in the Quick Launch folder using %APPDATA%\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Quick Launch as the target dir I prefer this method ' cause putting the files in the $oem$ folder make them read only 'cause they come form the cd during the blue screen just after the copy of the windows files during start of installation) to activate the quick launch automatically i didn't use it i activate it manually after first boot

here are my registry tweaks first thx to all of you cause i got some tweaks from here and here I also used regmon to find some tweaks by modifiyng them and view where the modifs where made sorry for the comments in french... and then be careful with the services tweaks they are for my use and configuration and may cause some pbs with other here they are : take care of the [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Setup\RecoveryConsole] settings because with those parameters, anyone can use your recovery console without the admin's password and again many thx to everyone who put their registry tweaks
