How Come When i click the IE icon on my desktop nothing happens? its supposed to open the browser but it wont work. i tried reinstalling it but still didnt work. can anyone help me?

but i dunno cause i tried it on my cousins comp and it worked and he has sp1 and i try it and get that message when i have sp2. and i heard that sp2 caused some problems to other programs so it might be sp2.

so what should i do now?

i have this program called daemon tools from www.daemon-tools.cc. it has this safedisc option on but i disabled it and still didnt work.

tried it and didnt work i did and got bored of them.

Does That Burn CD-R and DVD-R's too cause it only says CD/DVD-RW

Anyone Know a site that sells cheap (at least under 150 bucks) External cd or dvd-r/rw Drives. My Uncle told me i should buy a NEC DVD-R/RW Drive from newegg.com because thats where he got his NEC DVD Drive. and he said he got it for 90 bucks. but i cant seem to find the item. anyone knows any sites with great deals on External CD/and ,or DVD Writers that are similiar to the NEC or better. Or just find the NEC one that cost 90 bucks link would be fine ^^ Thanks
