  1. Yes! I solve all problems! Vista was lied to my legs :-))) First, with WIM Filter, is gone by installing really "clean" XP SP2. (Before this I used nLited and Unattended by me distributive. It was tested by 3 years and many client's PC's with different software and no problems was happened =\) Second, with error while appliance of settings was and making iso troubles (no access to file, as I member) solved by mounting partition with many free space to the default temp directory (C:\Documents and settings\User_name\Local settings\temp\). Before this action C drive has 0.3 Gb free and I set temp directory to another partition with free space. I think vLite anyway uses some space on the default temp dir. ===================== And now I have 624 Mb Cd with Vista without "trash" and it's make me happy :-))) Thank you, Nuhi, very much.
  2. It's again I. Earlier I has problems with WIM filter, but those problems are soluted by installing "clean" Windows XP on my Virtual machine and getting latest official build of Vista. Yesterday I download vLite 0.95 and try to use it. I can open Vista files, remove(in program) components, but then I press Apply - vLite show error - "Did you restart Windows after installing WIM filter?" vLite 0.8 succesfully works on this configuration and distributive - I test it now. That promblem may exist? ==================== Anyway, thank you for this beautiful program.

    Wim Filter Error

And? Yesterday I was tried to install Vista RC2 to the HDD directly from it's extracted files, but she say (after some time of copying) that not all required files are exist. May be distributive is corrupted? Anyone who has same error - you are installed Vista on the HDD by the usally way?

    Wim Filter Error

+1. I'm programmist too and it's very interesting to determine true reason of this behavior.

    Wim Filter Error

I has this error too. I was tried different ways to install this driver but nothing helps. I was tested it on the another clean PC to exclude situation with incorrect installed software behavior. (I use Windows XP SP2) After some hours this idea come to my mind: version of the wimfltr.sysl is "6.0.6000.16386 (vista_rtm.061101-2205)", but I have an iso image with Windows Vista RC2! This can be incompatibility between *.wim formats. Can you put another version of this driver on your site, please? I can't sleep easy before test this OS :-) but now have no free space on the first partition of HDD to install it by usually way... P. S. Sorry for bad English, I'm simply russian student without knowledge of grammatic :-)))
