@benners ive finally got home and tested out your script and ive got these problems first the way i instal everything is the incredamail.exe first with the /S then the yourfile.exe /S this is what happened still the identity bollocks when Incredimail starts up appears then directly after that yourfile.exe pops up it says incredamail tweaks pops up with the next button, then destination of install, then the finish button.. so my questions are.. was i supposed to instal your incredimailtweaks file before the original installer..? and if its supposed to be silent,.. its not working completly right or my switch is wrong. ? .... other then that.. if like to edit out the incredimailtweaks file to startup on windows start.. when program starts it dosnt look for mail and remove the uk, dictionary.. let me know what you think..

if any body needs to know this, i fixed the problem by exporting the reg string HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Classes\LK.Auto and using it as my key and it worked like a charm,,

@vcBlackBox ive finally ran a complete test on the installer and im getting an error,,, it says any ideals what i should do ?

i still havnt any luck ive been searching around in the kaspersky forums and i cant find anything as of yet,

thanks vcBlackBox ill be running a test after work today when i get home to my pc,, ill post back the result, its just i was pretty shocked with the size of the final installer, but other then that your installer for creation has goten much better and user friendly then when you first started your project nice work m8,,

having problems with NCAB (Nero Custom Applications Builder) v2.00 ive edited for the serials and ive placed Nero-6.6.0.14.exe NVE-3.1.0.11.exe with the rest of the instal files i didnt remove any components because i wanted to test it all natural to see what the installer would be like in its full state and the problem is i dont think its viewing the NVE-3.1.0.11.exe file but then im not sure, ive said no to all the installer questions and it created the installer file and the size came out to be 37.8 mb now have i done some thing wrong because that file size seems a bit small for both Nero-6.6.0.14.exe NVE-3.1.0.11.exe to be together ?

benners where is your added lines for adding a language dictonary ? im trying to locate them and im having no luck ive even taking your exe apart to study it

sounds good ill start to test,, btw i dont like incredimail to check for mail when its launched,, do you have the reg setting that disables that,, maybe if its set to not check for mail it will prevent the error on start up,, well off to script and test.

hi im trying to register Kaspersky Anti-Virus Personal v5.0.325 from cd my instal is off a %CDROM% well i used to instal my kav programs from the instal folder with the key in the same folder as the exe after it was already copied to the pc but in this instal its all being installed from the cd itself.. now im getting the kav to instal silently but its asking me for the key. im using the same method of having the key in the same folder as the exe but for some odd reason its not seeing the key and integrating it into the instal is this because its being installed from cd itself ? does any one know of a good way to get it to register to see the key.. ive read about renaming the key, to something.key.yek and placing it in the main programs directory.. but im not sure about that... does that mean just the C:\Program Files ,, if i did that how would it find the key,, any ideals..?

@benners ive tried installing incredimail with the /S switch and it works but when the pc makes it to desktop, im bombarded with the identity issue for creation.. im stuck like you on not knowing how to register it yet but working on it can i see your setup for incredimail like how your adding that dictionary the premium skins and your of course edited version of your registry tweaks,, so that i can try to add a identity and so forth. thanks

dang your right benners the incredamail is missing most of the files on the /x extraction , i just want incredamail to go silent any ideals ?

is there any easy way to create a iss file for a wise installed program, i know you can use inctrl5 but im not sure how to use it.. the program im looking at is (IncrediMail Xe Premium 4.00 Build 1930), and (Outpost Personal Firewall Pro v2.6.452.5123.403) and they are like adware its a wise installed i used the /x cmd to extract it, but now im stuck and not sure how to go about this , id seriously like to customize these installers thanks

hey asta i cant seem to get the multi threading option to check in its blurred out and doesnt give me that choice. how necessary is that option ,, i installed the lastest 7z 4.20 so let me know ok

update it does read from the ini file, because the register screen pops up, so i think my code is right, there just a small prob with the installer, im gonna check to see if alanoll has fixed this issue.. but if any one else has had this same issue and has it fixed pls let me know because id like to hear about it just incase i cant get it silent

hi has any body figured out how to run the new winamp with alanolls ini method off a cdrom instal ? this is my code and its not silent at all does any one have a better way to do this

well @eatualive you can use wpi, to do it all silently if you just make all your apps as defaults.. @bonedaddy the wait site seems to be down,, and its been a long time since ive looked at wait when it was in its early stages,, the main thing i dont like about it,, is it had the inability to have a nice design like wpi, with a custom back ground and all... have they changed that since the early betas ? well either way you go its all good long as its installed

@benners i did what you said and removed that line from run.. now i get the error about language expressions.. saying it contains unknown language well i tried to fix it by only using english and removing all the rest then editing every line that pointed to another language. but every time i get rid of some thing a new line error pops up with language expression error can you take a look at my iss file and tell me what i should do if you can i just want english and thats it,, this is a clean iss,, the only thing ive done to it was remove the {app}\rfagent.exe line btw the error first started in the tasks section i tried fixing it from there thats how the errors keep on like a train of dominos rfa.iss

can some one take a look at this its Registry First Aid v4.1.0 build 707 im trying to edit it so it will be completely unattended, what it does is most of it installs silent but then the rfagent.exe runs and tries to update check, im not sure how to edit out that line can some one help me out pls
