It`s the same issue as mine (post nbr 404). It`s about serial number...just delete serial from registry, start Nero core again and nero starts but it shows that your demo version expired. You have 2 options - wait for solution from more skilled guys here - i`m waiting too or the 2nd option is manualy add serial number when nero asks for it in dialog...I prefer 1st option so I wait...

Hi, i found a problem...i have serial number but when i use it in reg tweaks Nero doesn`t work...I checked registry and my serial is there so it should work. But it doesn`t. So if I delete serial number from registry and start Nero again it works but it says that my demo version has expired. So I enter my serial number and it works. Then I checked serial nbr in registry and I have the same serial number there as that one in my reg file. But the issue is that the "Serial_7" number (some 115xxxx) is different as that in my reg file. So my question is if 115XXXXXX depends on computer name or user name or what? How to solve this? Lets say I have following serial number in my physical machine and also in virtual machine (in virtual it doesn`t work): Serial_7: 115-1234567 and serial number 1234-5678-9012-3456-7890-1234 and after I manually enter the same serial directly into NERO after deleting serial registry entry I have: Serial_7: 115-3213213 and serial number *1234-5678-9012-3456-7890-1234 So the difference is in Serial_7 number and in serial number is only "*" different Thanks

@ cyberloner Works perfect, thanks. Also registry tweaks. Except [-HKEY_USERS\S-1-5-21-1844237615-484061587-839522115-500\Software\ICQToolbar] so I didn`t use this tweak. The only thing I can`t solve is my pasword to ICQ. I don`t know how to register my pasword into registry. When extracting from an existing installation and using this in virtual machine it doesn`t work. As soon as I start ICQ it shows login+my icq number but pasword column is empty... Any idea how to solve this/what to add to reg tweaks? Thanks.

Hi, here is an end of my RunOnceEx (last application installed-latest ICQ5.1 which also supports silent install but I don`t want ICQ toolbar etc and I need some settings to be added via reg file). I created AutoIt script for ICQ5.1, it works nice and correct. After ICQ installation finish as I mnetioned I need to add some ICQ settings via registry tweaks but the problem is that ICQ must be turned off otherwise it ignores these settings. So I choosed taskkill.exe but it somehow doesn`t work. ICQ setup also aborts previous AutoIt operation for one application (Alcohol120%) so i need to perform requsted operation manualy on behalf of AutoIt. RunOnceEx without ICQ works prefect. Does it have (Alcohol120%) not enough time to perform requested operation? What can I do to solve these 2 issues? Do I have to add some start/wait or? If so can you please give some example? Hi mate, regarding BeholdTV I have to check...My Lifeview TV card only works fine with Fly200TV, yes, there are also other softwares which works with my card but several problems occures e.g. stereo not running etc...It`s funny - TV card was a reason why I started nlite my XP `cause even if my PC is P4 2,8 Northwood with hypetrading and 1GB RAM, Gigabite i865PE motherboard etc Fly2000TV froze when grabbing from TV (with or without codecs)....Thanks to TV card i started to nlite my XP and then I found this GREAT forum yes, that`s what I expected, AutoIt...another thing which I have to learn to successfully install silently TV card SW Thanks mate and I`ll let you know about Behold TV soon EDIT: I can`t get BeholdTV software...anyway I managed Fly install with Autoit script...crazy...

I need install silently software for my TV card - Fly2000TV. It`s normal Nullsoft installer with case sensitive /S switch. When the program gets installed another setup pop ups where it asks me "Do you want to run setup program for config FLY 2000 TV base settings?". I don`t know how to kill it; I`m sure it will be possible to kill it somehow but I don`t know nothing about autoit scripts so if there is any another option please let me know... Hi guys, do you know which switches to use for Gordian Knott codec pack - it`s a package of codecs which contains some codec which are installed separately. So it`s not like s***ty Codec Pack all in one... I`m also looking for silent switch for Pegasus Pic Video Mjpeg Codec...any idea? Installation file contains other 2 Pegasus codeds - Pic Video Looseles codec and I can`t remember the second one but i only need PIC VIDEO MJPEG codecs to be installed... Thanks

So...finally I managed it to work. Everything runs since first start, IMON, AMON,DMON etc...also updated signatures included copied into C:\Program files...; also mirror set to C:\Program Files\Este\Mirror... Threat sense turned off...works excellent but it seems or even I`m almost sure that whatever switch I used it fully or partially ignores my config.xml file. After 1st restart I checked update option - it started updating immediately but it didn`t ask me for login and pasword which is strange as login and password boxes were empty and no signs of login/password in registry...strange. So I exported everything necessary from physical machine`s registry and put this into RunOnceEx to add these values into registry. Now it works perfectly. I`ll try remove config.xml and will see what will happen. Installation seems ingoring it as Mirror has also been set in my cfg and it didn`t set it up during installation...very strange....

Thanks. I tried but this is not enough however I added EulaAccept into Nero.reg file. The main reason why it doesn`t work is in the line "Serial"="xxxx-xxxx...etc", It has to be "Serial7_XXXXXXXXXX"="XXXX-XXXX etc" where "XXXXXXXXXX" is generated based on the main serial number I think. Hi, i think I can`t be successful, I`m trying to install D-Tools silently, I can`t move without adding D-tools into my ua XP cd...I did it with RunOnceEx first - it was OK except Found new hardware pop-up window. So I turned to cmdlines.txt as mentioned here that this is almost the only one option (I don`t know nothing about AutoIt yet..) Can you please check what I did wrong? All programs which should install via RunOnceEx are in C:\XPCD\$OEM$\$1\install\Applications\ folder. I thought that my config.xml already contains setting from my installation but it seems it doesn`t...so I`ll use e.g. your config.xml in cfgedit exactly as you mentioned... I was only wondering why your and galvanocentric`s config.xml doesn`t show update rows (login&password) so I was not sure how to register NOD during installation....now it seems you and galvanotronic uses different way of registration (via .reg file) or you and galvanotronic didn`t attach full config.xml files... I have an old version of NOD program which updates after installation - I mean not only virus signatures but also program components... I`m also interesting how to get update files from NOD mirror into newly installed XP from UA cd... I use RunOnceEx method of install.... embe
