Yes I have used Windscribe service for six years now. I went a few months with their 10 GB monthly free plan and paid for a year Christmas special and then a 3 year Black Friday special twice. A paid service is better but I still have over a year of time left on the plan and I am not paying for another service. The 'free service' will be OK in my situation. I went to the VPNBook web site and will check that out more. It might be better. I like the one that I mentioned earlier. My Win 7 notebook still works with the paid service.
