dbgeng.dll cannot be copied during setup

This is a weird error. I havent changed anything. The source has not changed. I've already hfsliped with 1.5 with no errors. I have about 6 different, seperate, hfslip sources. Where does this file come from and what does it do ? I tried googleing and found no answers. Attached is my log file. Thanks

Nevermind. Two of my sources must have had corrupt files or something. I recopied the sources over again and all is well again.
