How do I runonce WPI?

I've got my wpi.hta file located in the root of the DVD.

I have a shortcut in my oem folder for the desktop and

on my custom autorun.

I created answer file with V-lite and have limited XML Knwledge

and want to get the WPI.hta to launch after install

Can anyone help?
