[Solved] How to edit System Properties like given?

Can u tell me how to edit the system properties dialog box like given below? [i have edited the screen of xp so that the owner's details are not out.] so that i can add a image and other colums as given below:

Open Sysdm.cpl in ResHaker and edit BITMAP and DIALOG according to your need.

look sysdm.cpl under C:\Windows\System32 folder
