algravity Posted May 28, 2007 Posted May 28, 2007 Hi, good people of MSFNI have a porblem with my model I/O Magic(Magicspin) CD BURNER. My WIN ME seems to not recognize the drive eventhough it's USB compatible I can't seem to access it properlyPLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

eidenk Posted May 28, 2007 Posted May 28, 2007 That burner appears to come bundled with drivers.I don't think it is a mass storage device like a USB pen drive, external hard drive, Mp3 Player, etc...
erpdude8 Posted June 6, 2007 Posted June 6, 2007 (edited) you'll also need a CD burning program like Nero Burning ROM to use your IO Magic MagicSpin USB CD Burner. use either version 6.6 or 7.0 of NeroI also assume the burner is NOT an internal IDE based CD burner and it's an external USB 2.0 burner.
