techywiz2007 Posted May 24, 2007 Author Share Posted May 24, 2007 i got a mac for my birthday yesterday,it's a macintosh powerbook 145 from 1992!!!it's pretty funny, but it works! it's got microsoft word and a calculator on it!it's like 4 inches tall by 14 inches wide and 11 inches long,boy it makes me appreciate modern technology!i always had a guy telling me i should switch to mac, so i got that for free, and showed it to him... Zxian Posted May 24, 2007 Share Posted May 24, 2007 I'm at work right now, where I've got my WinXP Pro laptop, Fedora Core 6 workstation, and OSX iMac G5.The iMac is pretty... but the mouse behaviour in OSX is just wierd. The acceleration curve is way off and there's no easy way to change it. FC6 - I'm getting used to. Yum is awesome though.And then there's good ol' XP. It just works and doesn't complain.
